I had one of my front teeth fall out, so I came here and they put in a new one. I also had another front tooth fixed here at the same time and spent almost 1000 dollars for it. Not even 2 months later the one tooth they fixed fell out. I was told by the doctor that the two teeth fixed would last me at least 10 years. When I called she says come back and we will fix it for you!! Well, I went back and they cemented it in. The next day it fell out. She then says for another 500 bucks they will give me a flipper. I am already very depressed in life because of my teeth. So I agreed to pay it. I had my scans done on that Friday for the flipper, and they said it would be ready first thing next week. Well, I waited all that first week with no front tooth. I finally called them on Thursday and they said Oh yeah it's sitting here ready for you. I was like well thanks for the call!!! WTF!! So then I go into pick it up, and im told we have no techs to try this on for you. Just take it home and let us know if there is any issues. Well the damn thing hurts the hell out of my mouth, but I'm so upset with this place that I don't even trust going back there to have it fixed. My whole experience with this place has been horrible. And when I already have a hard time living life because of my teeth, this place has truly made my depression even worse.

This dental practice is the "BOMB!" I am a FOREVER patient! They are incredibly professional, friendly, with a beautiful, clean, and comfortable office. Their equipment and procedures are state of the art. The dentists, hygienists, assistants, and staff are INCREDIBLE! This team of dentists can take care of any dental need or want. I am working closely with Dr Heaton on a new SMILE and I have the temporaries now and cannot wait for my finished SMILE makeover! My goal this past couple of years is to look better at 60 years old than I did at 50 years old (almost 10 years ago). I've been a patient here for several years and what I love about this office is that the staff (shout out to Eva!) is always so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Hwang is always so personable and always feels like I'm talking to an old friend whenever I visit his office. Great tactic to distract me from whatever procedure he's doing on my teeth LOL! Dr. Hwang always take the time to explain all the process & procedure to me and is honest about what I need and never up-sell me on anything unnecessary (unlike my past dentists).. so I definitely trust him with all my dental needs! I already paid the debt before I arrived to the office so I was shocked this was a problem. AFTER my exam the other lady at the front desk then lied and said she called Delta my insurance company, and they told her I was "out of network." Sorry you didn't verify my insurance before my exam, try learning how to do your job next time lol. When I retuned home and called Delta they told me the exam would be covered or reimbursed if needed. I am a very high profile artist and refuse to be disrespected by some mid level dentist office for a $19 bill I already paid. So I ask the women on the phone how long the office is open till, she responds till 4 and I say okay I'll over shortly, I need to discuss a billing issue, is someone there to speak with that can talk about billing" and she responds, yes their is someone here" I said okay. Meanwhile I am in the same parking lot. As I am driving back in to the office which is in view, two ladies leave the office and lock the door behind them, this is at 3:30pm and they have all their belongings with them, they enter this same white car which is parked behind me. They sit and wait inside the car from 3:30-3:49pm together and finally drive off. They are most likely the front end ppl I am suppose to talk to and left the business early despite it being open till 4pm. I am absolutely out raged.

I've had trouble recently finding a dentist within my insurance (BCBS AZ), which seems to have fallen out of everybody's network ...so, I was happy to find somebody in network who was also referred by a friend. Consultation went well so I scheduled my next bi-annual cleaning with them. They did refer me out to an Endo who was unfortunately out of network, but hoping we can continue to figure out ways to assist me in the future. For a consultation and initial visit, everything was pretty good. Excited to return for my cleaning appointment!

Not going to lie, I was VERY nervous and the reason it became an emergency was due to my fear of getting a root canal so I kept putting it off... Dr. Reader explained everything to put me at ease, numbed me up, and did the procedure. The only discomfort was from having my mouth open for so long, I felt next to nothing! Not only did I not cry for the shots (great technique), I didn't cry during the actual work! I was able to get through the procedure with no sedation, no nitrous, and NO TEARS. Doctor and Assistant worked seamlessly together and it was either the 2nd best or THEE best dental experience of my life. I can't recommend enough - if you're scared, go see Dr. Borgia and team!
