One week later, no call back. Calls to ask again...., sorry you canceled with our old system and unless you have documentation (The YMCA did not provide, just a simple "you're all set".) So, several months after trying to leave, I was continuously charged and basically told "our bad". We can't reimburse you unless you provide documentation that we didn't give you.

They really give you the most for your money as they are full service for parents who work or you can pick up early if you need to. I've heard of so many daycares not allowing parents to pick up at certain times and I love that I am free to grab them whenever I need to. The doors are also locked by keypad so I feel so confident in safety when I drop off my children! the doors are never unlocked or propped open for safety reasons! We put our 3 month old in this daycare for a total of 5 days. The first day, they wrote a daily…read morereport explaining when he was fed and we noticed that they had written one time, then went back and scratched it out and put another time. Day two, they lost his paperwork and requested that we fill it all out again including the doctor's approval note. Day three, we dressed our baby in a three piece set (a tshirt, pants, and a jacket). When we picked him up he was wearing the tshirt with a onesie over the top of it, rather than change him into a onesie by itself. We thought this was very strange. Day four, we picked him up and he had a diaper rash. The lady taking care of him told us to send some diaper cream. Day five, I picked him up and it was chaotic. One of the crawlers crawled right out of the toddler room and I had to bring him back to the room. They couldn't find his extra clothes, so they had him dressed up in girl's clothes. Also, the bag of extra clothes I sent that morning had the diaper cream in it, so I know that they never applied any all day, nor asked about it. They couldn't find his pacifier either. Sue tried to give me another baby's pacifier thinking it was his. I only hope that they didn't put it in his mouth earlier that day. They were very nice and they played with him throughout the day. They welcome anyone to check in at anytime. When I went to get his belongings, Sue told me that the lady that normally works in the infant room is no longer working there. They never did anything directly to hurt our son, but we decided that there has to be a more organized place to take him.

I 100 % recommended her and so happy I made the decision to choose this daycare as my children's daycare.
