We almost walked several times because of the way she was handling it with personal insults, non professional and overbearing crude behavior. She put unrealistic timelines and engaged in our private business operations. She talked like she was knowledgable of the business operations, which she clearly had no expertise in. She appeared to us that she had her buyer thinking she knew what she was talking about and that the buyer would need no help. Because of her pretentious knowledge and complete lack of understanding, she lost all credibility with us. Her actions set the tone of mistrust between both parties. Bottom line, we took our brokers advice and ignored her and took the high road and we didn't kill deal.
