One of the worst experiences…read more I have hardly any clear photos at all - most are either blurry or pixelated or washed out. I have NO pictures of my guests I have NO pictures of my full dress/train with anyone -all pictures are cutting us off mid torso or above the ankles. Please do not trust Taylor with taking your wedding pictures. Her specialty is mini sessions with props. My husband and I got married in October. The day of my wedding she showed up late, with a dead phone(the only copy of the list she had of my requested portraits), and apparently the wrong equipment(which she'd later use as an excuse for bad photos). Unfortunately it rained the day of my wedding and she knew ahead of time about the weather and she would be shooting indoors. She assured me if the rain stopped we could run out for some photos because outdoor background/lighting was important to me. She was extremely impersonable and rushed us through everything. I was very uncomfortable through the whole process. Family portraits were important to me, she said that isn't why she was there so she rushed through them only taking one of each group it felt like. I asked if we could do them outside because the rain had stopped and she said no and lined everyone up on a staircase. She said that it was good lighting and the images would turn out great. They are awful, you can't even see who is in the back, and they are blurry. She claimed the couples photos were her specialty, so I assumed I would at least get good shots of my husband and I. Not the case. She finally agreed to let us go outside (we provided someone to hold an umbrella over her for the few sprinkles still coming down) and she rushed us through those as well. I don't have a single full length shot of my husband and I or anyone for that matter. The pictures she provided are chopping us or my bouquet off, blurry, horrible poses, etc. When I reached out to her after getting the pictures, she placed all the blame on me and said she tried to get me to do more pictures outside and I refused. Lies. She blames the weather and the lighting, all excuses. Once the rain subsided the lighting was fine outside. And neither the lighting nor the weather can excuse the horrible angles and shots she took. I may as well have taken selfies for how zoomed in her shots are. And I would have gotten better quality with my phone too. She's refusing to refund my money and I've found multiple reviews calling her out on her fraudulent business. I can't believe she's been ripping people off for this many years but please don't let her fool you.

I honestly wouldn't give this photographer a half a star. This wedding photographer was courteous…read morewhen we first met her and booked our wedding with her 8 months in advance but throughout this time period approaching our wedding she reportedly tried to renegotiate the contract, tried to schedule our engagement pictures when it was most convenient for her and not when we're specifically wanted them taken, and was running behind on our wedding day. This was the least of it... my wife and I tried to stay patient with Taylor and her shenanigans but by after the engagement pictures being quickly rushed, we should have decided to cancel any further business with her but we chose not to. On the wedding day she was an hour late, and started shooting pics when my wife was halfway through her makeup. During the prewedding pics her husband who was her back up photographer seemed drunk or almost tipsy(he did smell like alcohol), because he was taking random photographs of the bridesmaids and groomsmen even before they were situated in position. They both failed to bring the photo booth set up with props as purchased in the contract. They were started to get frustrated with some of the guests and interested of coordinating with the wedding planner, they mouthed off at the guests rather than remedy the situation in a mature manner. They didn't stick around there wedding reception for very long to take more pressures even though we were suppose to have them for the whole evening. The entire time during the prewedding shoots, ceremony shoots, and reception shoots they were constantly conflicting with the videographer and in his shots all the time(no coordinating with others). Luckily the video of the wedding came out awesomely after the videographer pieced together the raw footage but he that there were a bunch of cute shots lost because odd Taylor offer her husband randomly stepping in the way. Lastly, the coup de gras was the pictures issue, the main reason for hiring Taylor. First problem was that any professional photographer would tell you that it takes 8 to 12 weeks to receive wedding photos, Taylor sent ours 21 weeks after these wedding. When we called her she used every excuse in the book during that 21wks to explain wnt they went done yet, and most times would catch her in a lie. If she only told us that she was overloaded with work we would try to understand better but nothing but lies. Finally we had to threaten her with small claims court to get them because we had no idea when we would get the pics. She sent us a quick copy of unfinished, unedited pics. After talking to her about the poor quality she said that she would smother copy. Two more months later, as I'd she forgot to send them to us, and after ignoring or calls, she finally sent odd another disc of pics. Unedited, discoloured, and distorted this time, the pics were worse than the previous ones. By this time Taylor was only responding to us but text, and not in a very good fashion. She was admitted by us, but all we asked was for her to do her job and give us our wedding photos completed. Needless to say, we took her to small claims court, and she refused to pay our money back. Everytime we send our a court documents her and her husband have relocated yet again like they've been doing this for a while, dodging legalities of there falsified or bad work. They now have a bench warrant out for their arrest due too failure to show up in court and failure to pay theirs debts to us. After done investigating we find out they have ruined other people's wedding as well in Kentucky, Tennessee, Kansas, and in Missouri. We've tracked down one other small claims case against them in and a few other unsatisfied customers who opened cases on them but never spent the extra money to doing anything because it costs a great deal of effort and determination to track them down. They are mentioned in weddingwire.com, better business bureau website, on Yelp, etc. Check it out. I fully discourage anyone doing business with them and if you do, make it a simple job so they should be able to handle it and worst case you are not out much money if they fail you.
