She made that process incredibly fast and effortless, bringing in multiple offers without a hitch. So, when we recently decided to buy a new home, returning to her was the easiest decision we could have made, and she completely exceeded our expectations once again. Rhonda perfectly balances being incredibly sweet with being fiercely professional. When we found a house we originally wanted, she drafted a flawless offer. Unfortunately, the sellers decided they wanted more than their asking price, and we were crushed. Rhonda didn't miss a beat; she immediately jumped into action, pivoted, and ended up finding us our absolute dream forever home. Knowing exactly what it takes to win in this market, she crafted the perfect offer letter and fought hard to get it accepted right before the house even hit its first weekend open house. After that, she put the entire process on cruise control for us. We closed in under 3 weeks, and we barely had to lift a finger. Rhonda handled absolutely everything and went far beyond what is expected of a real estate agent to take the stress out of the process. She scheduled all of our inspections and followed up on the findings, personally took specific photos of the house to satisfy our home insurance requirements, and seamlessly set up the title and signing. She even provided us with her trusted, local contact list for a handyman, cleaning person, and appliance repair. If you want an agent who will guide you with genuine care and handle every single detail from start to finish, call Rhonda. We are so incredibly grateful to be in our forever home!

During my initial weekend visit, she quickly understood my preferences and helped me narrow down my search. When a promising property came on the market after I returned to Boston, she provided such a thorough video tour that I felt like I was walking through it myself. Her responsiveness, knowledge, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful process remarkably smooth. Kimberly truly went above and beyond at every turn. She coordinated inspections, arranged for deep cleaning before my move-in, signed for my new bed delivery and setup, and even agreed to receive my car delivery over the Christmas holidays. As a newcomer to California, I was overwhelmed with logistics, but she guided me through everything from acquiring insurance in a fire-risk area to understanding the nuances of Oakmont Village's different sub-HOA requirements. She connected me with reliable inspectors, contractors/handymen, and service providers, drawing on her extensive network and experience flipping homes with her husband. Whether answering questions herself or quickly connecting me with the right expert, her follow-through was impeccable. If you're buying a home--especially from out of state--Kimberly is the best!

Julianna got right to work contacting all of the appropriate players and contractors. She also has a network of lenders, contractors and permit offices. I was also open to the idea of finding an ideal existing home to purchase. Julianna pivoted to finding us the most ideal homes in the area. We toured (thouroughly) 4 homes, each with their own ideosyncracies and made at least two offers. Julianna was always in our corner, her pulse on the market for proper offering strategy. For a while, she was limping from a soccar injury and insisted on walking up, down, around these properties. She frequently met us after hours, on weekends and even hosed down a garage door with me to find potential leaks (not kidding). At one point, I got into a shouting match with a building superintendent and she stood there, solid, professional - in my corner. Every tour, financing step, offer, inspection, signature - Julianna was gently guiding like an angel. The result? They not only were able to quickly identify numerous properties that met our criteria, but also were willing to provide virtual/video tours when we could not travel to view the home in person. When it came time to make an offer, Autymn and Chelsea were there to advise us and help us determine terms that were to our advantage and felt good. They supported us during a packed physical inspection period, spending an entire day (plus several hours on two other days) onsite after booking inspectors for a variety of trades and areas. Most importantly, they arranged for inspections we didn't even realize we should have (like our water filtration system - kind of important in hindsight!). They represented us well throughout escrow, ensuring that negotiations were respectful while holding firm in our priorities. In short, they worked their butts off while making the entire experience a breeze for us. KB Properties is worth every penny they earn, and then some. While we no longer live in Santa Rosa, when it came time to sell the house we needed to find a realtor. Adam came highly recommended to us by a friend. When we met Adam, we were impressed by his energy, personality, and knowledge of the market. As we would later learn, he also was well connected and knowledgeable of the the brokers/realtors in the area. Working with Adam, he walked us through the current Sonoma County housing market and provided a sense of timing for listing the house. He also had some fresh ideas on how to present the home once it was listed. He shared with us his software and media tools that could be used in lieu of "Staging a Home". With such tools, we would possibly lower expenses and allow the buyer to use their own vision of how they might furnish their new home. As mentioned, our family is no longer in the Santa Rosa area. When it came time to do house inspections, the Prosper team took the reins. They set up up the appointments and oversaw the work. Adam's Associate, Sarah Ramirez, was incredible in working through this effort. Both Adam and Sarah kept us well informed all along the way. As we continued to prep the house, we came across what seemed to be big obstacles. Fortunately, Adam and the team had solutions. This included contacts for Estate Sales, landscaping prep, and how to handle items left in the house that the family did not want - that the family otherwise would have to haul away. In short, Prosper handled all the major issues and it all became very easy for the family. In the end, the house sold much faster than we would have ever expected. It was a very smooth process and our expenses were held at a minimum. We highly recommend Prosper to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A big thank you to Adam, Sarah, and the Prosper team.
