Great shop, great furniture, great staff in the shop. However the nightmare starts when you order something. They changed the delivery provider and that means you have zero transparency about your order, the stuff arrives in partial shipments so you have to be at home when they deliver and what they forget to tell you is that KARE is actually paying them for unpacking and taking the wrapping back - which they decide to not do (unless you specifically ask them, I have been told when claiming that) so you end up with a 80 kg crate that you need a crowbar to open. The stuff is so cool, but as long as they still use the same provider, I will never order there again - and would recommend you do the same... unless you have a crowbar. read more
