We started with a dingy gray house, chipping stucco, and peeling fascia, and ended with a gorgeous sage green with like-new stucco and sparkling trim. During the estimate process, Miguel really emphasized how important quality of work is to him and his company. He easily proved that during the painting process. His crew kept a low profile while working; they had a great work ethic, had good attention to detail - making adjustments where needed, and did a thorough job. Miguel was excellent at communicating with us whenever we had any questions. We would definitely hire Miguel again, but the job was so well-done - with 2 coats of paint - that he might be retired before the house needs painting again!

Upon entering small bath to be painted I gave them 2 cans of paint: one for walls and second for door frame and I showed them what needed painting: walls, door frame. Dennis agreed and In bid I stated 'no doors, ceiling or baseboards needs painting'. After 2.5 hours ( they did a great job on walls- were clean and left no mess) but the door frame was not painted. When I asked Dennis about it he said in the bid I put 'no baseboards'. We went back and forth and he agreed to return to paint door frame for another $150! I declined. My suggestion would be to get a contract clear and concise in writing from these guys! I learned afterwards, they are employees of Tahoe Paint, but the owner allowed employees to take side jobs on the holiday utilizing the company equipment. This explains too why they only accepted cash.

In terms of the classic "cheap/fast/good: choose 2" these guys were definitely on the cheap+good end of things- the job took 3 weeks- but I wanted thorough prep and I got it. Would recommend to anybody looking for Tahoe house painters in a heartbeat.

The contractor I had used in 2014 had retired so I needed another top tier painting contractor. The moment Juan arrived I had a very positive feeling about Silver Elite. Juan was professionally dressed, arrived in a very clean and professional appearing vehicle, and presented me with very professionally produced paperwork. A few weeks later Juan arrived and power washed my entire home. Two days later, after the siding was completely dry, his crew arrived in the afternoon and performed the caulking and priming. The following day the entire crew worked from 7:30 to 4:30 with only a lunch break. No radios were blaring, no loud talking, even during lunch.
