I had an emergency two years ago and and they came right away and were great.. They took down a very large maple near my den roof in a commanding way. My yard and all was fine. SO this year, I wanted three very large trunk removal spaces to grow grass better than on the wood chips. The contact says, They would take off the mulch, take down the tree, remove 1 foot of chips, add dirt, top soil, seed and straw. GUESS what... since June 4th, until August 4 all I have is weeds, some 2 feet high. I watered everyday, with out any instructions from them. The supervisor came out, added more seed. They take NO responsibility for the very large plots of weeds. DO NOT hire this landscaping service. I got three bids, they were the middle bid, $1,600 for weeds. As a 78 year old woman, I feel taken advantage of and this work was a sham. Do NOT HIRE this Landscaping group.

I have purchased many shrubs and trees from them. Not once did anyone say they do not guarantee the shrub or tree. Every tree I've purchased from them has been fine until now. The other Laurel was fine. I sent pictures to Blacks to show them the problem but they replied no guarantee. So the one that the roots is doing fine. The one with poor roots has died. See photos I feel the shrub was not going to make it even if Blacks had installed it.
