Not understanding the rave reviews. It's a pricey tapas fusion place. While I appreciate the…read morecreative ideas, I didn't think it turned into great tasting food. Tapas range from 4,50 to 16€. Many tapas focused on uncooked proteins like tartare and ceviche, and I wasn't I interested in those. The taco was mostly diced onion and red bell pepper. The shrimp tempura was nice with a spicy sweet and sour sauce. The shrimp, potatoes, and mango salad was unsurprisingly mild. The pork with gorgonzola sauce was very fatty and boring, as if they forgot the gorgonzola.

The restaurant is beautifully done with an industrial aesthetic that feels effortless yet edgy. The kitchen is elevated and open so you can watch the food being meticulously prepared by the chefs. The service was outstanding, every server was attentive to all of our needs and requests. The chef came and spoke with us at our table about dietary restrictions, and even customized a few dishes for us. The ingredients spoke for themselves: fresh and of the highest quality, the flavors in the food were top-notch. I see that some other reviewers have had some issues, but for us everything was perfect. This was not only the best food we had in Sevilla, but also ranks amongst the best food we had in over two weeks in Spain. The only complaint I have is that there is not an Umami in Los Angeles so we can enjoy this more often! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, delicious restaurant in Sevilla. Bonus points for being so centrally located!

Peruvian cuisine is interesting because of its diverse influences. Food: We've tried a couple of dishes ranging from super delicious to pretty much run of the mill. Best ones for us was the leche de tigre nikkei ceviche and the iberico niguiri. The ceviche amazed with so many flavours and a delicate freshness and texture and the niguiri ibero just for its classical sushi style and yet unusual meaty taste combined with a yummy sauce. The two, three other dishes were more a matter of taste. Service and bill: Concerning the service the staff was very friendly and funny but a bit inattentive (didn't change plates full of sauce, chop sticks, cutlery). The bill contained the so called "pan y servicio" which is nothing else but a fee for the service. The served bread we gave back. Normally you are not being charged with anything like that eg in Granada or you can take it off the bill but in this case the waiters insisted to leave 2€ for two people "servicio" and explained it by saying that it's common everywhere in Andalucia. That's simply not true!

We wanted something different than Tapas for tonight and found this yummy Japanese restaurant. I…read moremade reservations and arrived late. Fortunately they were able to still sit us right away. The restaurant is surprisingly big inside. We followed the waitress through several rooms to the back where there were still many tables available. The decor is very cute like a very modern sushi place. We ordered the Chicken Gyoza and the Katsu Bao to start with and both were very good. We also ordered the Sibuya Roll, Classic Roll and the Underground roll. All the rolls were top grade and very tasty. For dessert we ordered the Carrot cake (just okay), death by chocolate (moist), and the Ichigo (frozen yogurt with strawberries on top in between two cookies. Everything about our meal was outstanding!!!

We had the 24 platter which was a nice start, added in a cooked one (they literally lit it on fire on table! Quite fun), and 2 veggie ones. Pretty impressed that 1. They had veggie ones and 2. They were quite tasty. The ambiance is nice, though oddly seems to be mainly couples tables, so the hostess wasn't sure how to handle 4. Only reason that it isn't a 5 star is that the service was spotty. Food (5 rolls) came out at five different times, and we were provided a roll we didn't order. They took it back (I would have kept/paid for it though as I know it is trash now). English is spotty here, so be ready to just show photos of online menu. Wasabi is out of a tube, and isn't very spicy. Also they don't provide much unless you ask 'me gustaria mas wasabi por favor'. But was good and hope to return.
