When started, they found that the poison oak had grown over trash and car parts. They removed everything and laid down weed barrier cloth to prevent it from growing back. I live next to a farm and it was very important to me that no poisons were used. They are very hard workers and never stopped until it was done. So glad I called them.

Pascal was super quick in his response and gave me his pricing, which was perfectly priced for the job. Having a range of pricing gave his team the flexibility to come out and pick up all of the items, then charge us as appropriate vs. being locked into a smaller load. Pascal scheduled our pick-up for within the week, which was fantastic! A team of 2 guys arrived as planned and worked for several areas picking up items from around the property (not from one consolidated pile). Septic tank overflowed -- not exactly the kind of experience you hope to have …read more I called Lake County Pumpers (LCP) and, despite the fact that they were dealing with a major sewage issue in a nearby city, Jonathan and Ray showed up exactly when they said they would. No excuses, no drama. They quickly diagnosed the situation, located the tank, and pumped it efficiently and professionally. The price? Exactly what they quoted -- no surprise add-ons, no last-minute "extras," just fair and transparent pricing. What really stood out was the quality of their work and their attitude. They were upbeat, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in what they do. When they finished, the job site was left clean and pristine, which says a lot for this type of work. Bottom line: LCP does exactly what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it -- and they do it well. If you need septic service in or around Lake County, this is absolutely the company to call. Highly recommended.
