Having a range of pricing gave his team the flexibility to come out and pick up all of the items, then charge us as appropriate vs. being locked into a smaller load. Pascal scheduled our pick-up for within the week, which was fantastic! A team of 2 guys arrived as planned and worked for several areas picking up items from around the property (not from one consolidated pile). My only feedback is the coordination with donations and hauling together. In my initial call I had mentioned I needed both services and I thought that they would be able to sort through the items together so I piled it all together. Unfortunately it is a separate service. The donations line wasn't as easy to deal with and asked for pictures of all the donations. It would have been nicer if they could've come out with hauling. I ended up hauling stuff that could've probably been donated. Didn't take off any stars because overall I highly recommend them!
