You can also buy fresh coffee beans for your machine at home. I really liked the interior design as well, with its industrial design. Just to be treated like scum for having the audacity to ask for warm food. The japanese lady (girl?) behind the counter said "Choose from the dishes in the counter", whereupon I responded that I am not there for cold food - especially given the wintry temperatures in Düsseldorf. I was told again that I couldn't have any hot food, to which I asked at what time the kitchen would then open? (We arrived at noon, but maybe they were delayed?) She hten curtly told me "There will be no hot food.", pointed to a small note on the glass shield that separates the customer from the kitchen areas and turned around to bitch with her colleague in Japanese. Which shocked my (japanese) wife as it was uttered in quite a loud voice and easily understandable. WHERE ARE YOUR MANNERS? And where the courtesy to update your website if you decide to take a break from offering warm dishes? We have family in Germany and are there quite often - but never at Wayo again. I love that I can purchase a large bottle of my favorite pomegranate juice (straight from California) at a very reasonable price and also pick up my favorite Korean Ramen Noodles. There's a good selection of spices, baked goods, speciality drinks, chocolates, etc. They have a wonderful area with fresh produce and one of the best ice cream selections I have seen in the neighborhood. The service is always friendly, prices are fair, and the private parking lot makes it very convenient if you are driving.
