The free breakfast was generally good with healthy options (the automatic pancake maker is cool!) but the scrambled eggs were too salty for consumption. The hotel is pet friendly, and the owners have a cat who will welcome you. We've paid a lot more for a places not nearly as nice. We packed up our stuff and on our way down to the front desk we checked the second and bottom floor a/c - to where there was also black mold. Once we asked about a refund we were told to go through the booking site and the employee didn't seem to fazed about the quality of the room. This hotel needs a health inspection!

There was nothing charming about our spot nor the grounds. It was right along the two-lane highway, and our location was purely functional. However, it was clear they took a great deal of pride in their facilities and put a lot of thought into what they could offer. The bathroom was private, clean, and spacious. Good water pressure and temperature regulation. The pool looked very nice, though I can't speak to its cleanliness or temperature. There were coffee and muffins in the lobby and an attached diner where my dad grabbed eggs and toast. He said it was very inexpensive and the service was friendly. I'm giving this five stars because, for the price, the location was just what we needed, the facilities were well-equipped and clean, and everyone working here was thoughtful and generous. I wouldn't bring a date here or stay for vacation, but the place lives up to its promise as a quick stop along the way.

The rooms are fairly big and include modern furniture and HD widescreen TVs. Everything was very clean in the room and it didn't feel like a budget stay at all. The staff was helpful and very courteous. Staying here is a great value for what you pay and the location is literally right off of the main road. There was virtually no noise and that was very pleasant for a Friday night. There is a fairly large foyer and apparently there are meeting rooms/areas too. I wonder what this place was before, but all I can say is that Motel 6 really impressed me with this one. Highly recommended!
