I call there direct and I believe the owner answered the phone. Explaining my wants and needs was received and understood . The arrangement was delivered that afternoon, to my aunt. She text me the delivery time as well of a photo. I later found out that not only were delivered Ruth walked them in to my aunt's dinner table. Needless to say I was impressed with such good customer service. Our reception went SO smoothly, the music was the perfect volume, and he had absolutely NO AV or technical issues. Aaron arrived on time, set up his equipment, talked to me briefly to establish timeline, and he took care of the rest!
