Several years ago, I tried to fill the air in my tires here. The machine happily took my money. And…read morenothing happened. So I asked the employee if the machine was broken. With no hesitation, they said yes. I asked if they could refund the money I had put in, and they said no. When I asked why they had not put a sign on the machine, they made it clear that they would not do that. Was communicating with customers that unreasonable a request? I decided never to go there again, even though it is the most convenient station on my daily drive. Cut to today. I needed gas and thought I would give them another try, because who doesn't deserve a second chance? Other cars were getting gas, so I figured everything would be okay. I pulled up to the pump, put my card in, and waited. And waited. After about five minutes, I walked into the store and asked if there was a problem on Pump 7. No, no problem! So I went back out. And waited. Several other cars had come in, gotten gas, and left. Finally, I gave up and left. And no, it was not user error or banking issues--my card worked just fine at the competent gas station I visited next. Final answer? 0 out of 10. Do not recommend. What a disappointment! Save yourself the trouble and drive on down the road.

This gas station sits on the corner of Cheney Highway and Barna Road. It is only a few minutes off of the highway, but the gas was thirty-five cents a gallon cheaper. The gas here was $2.84 a gallon and the gas at the gas stations just off of Interstate 95 were $3.19. The inside had the usual convenience store items if you are looking for potato chips or a soda or a water. They also had lottery tickets. The gas station was clean and well kept. Overall, I would definitely recommend this particular Exxon gas station.

Forgot my purse at home, ran out of gas ,in the rain mind you,I left my phone in my purse, thankfully I was able to pull in to this gas station . I walk in there is 3 what I thought were employees . 2 young ladies behind the counter and a gentleman ,who I thought was the manager ,because he was wearing a different shirt. Come to find out it was the owner KAMAL!! I' m not a familiar face at this store but I ask for the manager .The owner (which I didn't know was the owner at the time) I plead my horrible day case to him. I ask if I leave my driver's license can I borrow a gallon of gas . I literally live around the corner. I promise to come back and pay it back shortly. Then he tells the girl behind the counter to do it. Then I go out to push my SUV to a gas pump ALONE. At this time Kamal was also leaving the store He got out of his vehicle in the rain and helped me push mine to a gas pump. The owner KAMAL is an incredible human and deserves recognition. Thank for being my savior, the light in a dark day. I will continue to spend my money with you at you establishment and, I encourage our community to do the same. It's nice to know there's still genuinely good people left in this world !!!! AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS.
