Giving them 2 starts, because they gave me a "gift card" on the same amount, but "activation" of that gift card costed more than 10% of the shoe cost. They are not enforced by a law to return money in that case, but anyway it's not a good service, most of good shops would just return the money in my experience.

I did purchase some excellent reusable bags here, though - they fold up quite small, are water-proof and machine washable, and can carry up to 20kg (44lbs) of goods. I always have one in my purse for the unplanned stop at the grocery store, and I shipped one to my mama in the U.S. as a gift. If you're looking for a unique gift for someone, this might be a good place to check out. (3 stars instead of 4 because of the price for what you get - definitely worth a look/window shopping, if nothing else!)
