You just go on their website and pick an available day and time. Mike will confirm in an email and you're good to go! If the day or time isn't available, it won't be on their calendar so there are no chances of overbooking. You will be their first priority for your appointment! I actually had a mixup and had to reschedule the day of! I got really lucky and was able to get in the next day, but Mike and his team were so cool about it! I get to my appointment and was greeted right away. He asked me some questions about what I wanted and told me it would take around an hour and I can wait inside. I went inside and, I don't know about you, but I was elated when they had "Friends" playing on their tv! It made the wait go by even faster. They were done before I knew it! This is what I appreciated the most: they wouldn't do my windshield because they found a tiny crack at the bottom and knew that if they went ahead and tinted it, the heat absorption would destroy my windshield. He gave me recommendations of companies that could easily fill the crack. It's so nice to know they care about the customer and not just the money! The windshield is an extra $100 and they sacrificed that for the sake of my car. So amazing! He also told me that when I get the crack filled, they'd squeeze me in to finish! I'm blown away.
