Kane Mortgage was truly a godsend for us and we wouldn't have been able to buy our first home without their help. Kane and his supporting staff were all incredibly honest, straightforward, responsive, inciteful and most importantly HELPFUL! Being new to home buying, I wanted to learn everything there was and ask a million questions (which I can acknowledge can be a pain to deal with), but Kane was always available and explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand and allow me to make my own decisions. They took the time, and gave us all the tools we needed in order to determine our own path! That level of patience and understanding is a very rare thing to find in an organization that operates as efficiently as Kane Mortgage. For our specific situation, we asked more of Kane than he deserved and added curveballs alone the way; which he was able to handle all in stride. I would recommend Kane Mortgage to anyone, and plan to do so. read more

I would highly recommend Kane Mortgage to anyone who is buying their home. My wife and I had first tried to get a mortgage through one of the popular online mortgage companies. After a long process in which we felt hurried along, we were offered a mortgage that was much higher than what we expected. This surprised us since we both have excellent credit scores and were putting a large down payment on the home. We contacted Kane, and he was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. In the end he was able to get us a mortgage rate 1.1% less than what we were offered by the online company with 60% of the closing costs. There were absolutely no hidden fees. Kane was completely transparent. We felt no pressure. Things were a little up in the air towards the closing of the purchase due to the CoVID 19 pandemic, but Kane went to bat for us to make sure we could close on our home. If you need a home mortgage, make Kane Mortgage your first choice. read more

In the August 2020 time frame, I refinanced my mortgage with Kane Mortgage, Inc. I was referred to Kane by my financial planner who recommended me because of the company's professionalism and a long history of satisfied customers. From my experience word of mouth, through a trusted professional, is the greatest resource for outstanding quality work. Also, I prefer to work with smaller independent companies. As a smaller independent company, Kane stood out of the crowd for numerous reasons. Kane offered me three refinance options for me to consider what I felt was best for me. Kane's communication style was clear, concise and timely. I received ongoing status updates by telephone and email on a weekly basis with a status update or documentation that I submitted incorrectly. Finally Kane treated me great professional respect. I highly recommend Kane Mortgage, Inc. Joseph Masek read more

Two and a half years ago, we were looking to purchase the home in which we wanted to retire. Our financial planner recommended Kane Mortgage. Not only did Kane get us the best rate available, he spent the time to discuss all our mortgage options and came up with a mortgage product we knew little about but met all our needs. He and his staff took care of everything and we were very pleased. Now, two and a half years later, as rates dropped lower, Kane took the time to crunch the numbers and discussed the benefits for us in refinancing. Once again after providing the necessary documents, Kane and his staff took care of everything. In both situations, Kane put us in a financial position we could have only hoped for in retirement. We highly recommend Kane Mortgage for all your mortgage needs! read more

I highly recommend Kane Mortgage for anyone looking to purchase a home or refinance. Kane spent hours going over all the options available for my unique purchase of an owner-occupied triplex. He guided me through each step of the process while keeping me well-informed throughout, and advised me on the long-term financial outlook of each action. Not only did Kane allow me to close in less than a month, but he even came to the property for closing where he continued to provide assistance in making sure I understood everything I was signing and what I should expect from the loan provider in the coming weeks. Kane made me feel confident with my decisions as a new home buyer and I look forward to working with him plenty more in the future! read more

We worked with Susan on our first home 13 years ago and our new home this year, and we were very pleased both times. She was always available to answer questions and address concerns, and she paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that nothing would get in the way of settlement. I was impressed with the apparent ease with which they have embraced digital technology. The vast majority of the documents we needed to sign were able to be handled online, allowing things to be completed conveniently rather than requiring scheduled office visits. I would definitely recommend this company and Susan in particular to anyone looking to finance a home purchase or establish a line of credit with their home equity. read more

Over a year ago Kane laid out a plan and strategy that would require us to take a step backwards with the promise of two steps forward later. If you love when a plan comes together then you will do well to trust Kane. Because of his experience, intelligence, and out of the box thinking, we are better positioned than at any time in our lives. We are now a mere 13 years from paying off our mortgage and total ownership of our home! Don't sleep on Kane! He will ALWAYS put YOUR interests first and give it to you straight. WOW WOW WOW, Kane Mortgage! I don't know how much I can really say besides THANK YOU. Everyone at Kane Mortgage is super professional and NICE. Our agent was Kane, and he walked us carefully through so many things we didn't understand. I think a bunch of other people understand them, but I didn't, and he took his time (with lots and lots of patience) to explain everything to us. Plus, our rate was great!!! But that almost seems like a less important factor next to their level of service and WOW. Thank you, Kane Mortgage! Thank you, Kane! We will forever recommend you to all of our family and friends!!! read more

Kane Mortgage is an excellent mortgage company. We are moving from the West Coast to Pennsylvania and while that deterred other mortgage companies, Kane Mortgage was genuinely happy to accommodate us and made the process very simple. Kane had originally helped my husband and myself find a mortgage that fit our budget for the home of our dreams. We decided to use his services again five years living in our dream home to refinance at a lower rate and consolidate debt. We not only got a lower rate but our mortgage term length did not change saving us from refinancing into a 30 year term, but we are saving so much money a month.
