When we mentioned our concern for the NVR, he said don't worry about it. It has a two-year warranty. They installed three cameras we had purchased for and paid for for. We ask them about the fourth camera and we ran the wire for it and they did install it but they installed a different camera than the ones we had purchased. When we asked about that and said we'd like to have one that match the others he said they can't get them anymore. We asked for a refund them for the fourth camera and then the next day they had a camera to match the others. On a couple occasions when they came to adjust cameras, they came without ladders or tools to do the work. We supplied tools and ladders on several occasions. We had a two-year warranty, but he has stopped returning our calls so we've had to hire another company to get us working.

He explained wonderfully every aspect of the move. He gave what proved to be a very accurate estimate of how long the move would take. Another company I called gave an hourly rate but did not come to my place so had no idea what needed to be moved or how long it would take and thus how much it would cost. After speaking with Roger I was confident that all of my belongings would be handled in the most careful, professional and efficient way. Powell Express is a very professional operation with great equipment to make the move as efficient as possible. All went smoothly.
