Don't trust them!!! We needed two of our houses appraised for my father's estate. One appraisel cost $400 and the other $1200. I asked what's the difference, they are both homes on land? Plus they had just apparised them 4 years before when my mother had passed and only charged us $350 for the now $1200 dollar house price? They tried telling me the one that cost $1200 was commercial property. Which it is not, it is zoned as farm land. I told them absolutely do not do this home for us. They went behind my back to our lawyer and did it anyway. Then Tom the owner told me it was none of my business because the home wasn't in my name yet!? Greedy!!!!!! Unhonest!!!!
