John prepared for me a very nice plate of a 1/2 rotisserie chicken, a few pieces of the burnt ends & a healthy sample of the chicken salad. (I have to note....the 1st time I tried this, it was the very best chicken salad I've EVER had, hence my enthusiasm for wanting it again!) Honestly, I felt as though I was in a different restaurant than I was the night I had come there with friends! This was literally the very first negative review I've ever given, and this experience and how well the owner & his manager handled it taught me a valuable lesson.
