This place was close to our friends house, so we thought we should check it out. It's large and roomy with lots of knick knacks: coffee and tea paraphernalia, Oriental fans, wall art, etc. It sounds like a hoarders house; but some how it all works. Each seating area has a different theme to it.
Free WiFi, strong aircon with a nice outdoor patio surrounded by plants.
WE TRIED:
- cookies are hard as a rock. you'll need to dip them in a hot drink to soften them so you don't chip a tooth.
- Iced coffee is strong
- Mint Chocolate Chip Frappe was good
- Mango smoothie was thick - it was alright, they must have used frozen mangoes because it had that almost slimy texture to it.
Coffee drinks are made from freshly ground coffee beans. You can also purchase coffee beans and have them roasted and ground for you. They have coffee from Guatemala, Malaysia, Kenya and Columbia.
The place is inside Clark Freeport so prices are on the higher end. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to hang out. You can catch the Gold jeeps and get off at "Postal". Walk across the street and it's next to 7 eleven. read more
