I take my son to Dr. Sumulong and it never fails that every time we have an appointment the office will call to reschedule twice. We have more rescheduled appointments than actual appointments attended on record. The last time as we were checking in I was told the doctor wasn't in and needed to reschedule the appointmen. I said I didn't get a call to reschedul. Receptionist said I called you as you were walking. Really? You don't even know who we are, or the name on the appointment was. I also showed her my phone with no missed calls or messages. She shrugged it off and said, I don't know what to tell you, he's not in. Got rescheduled for the following month. Just got a call that the appointment needs to be rescheduled again. Nope, not doing it. I said Don't call me I'll call you if I'm rescheduling. Sent an email to Risk Management and Medical Directo already letting them know about the absolute mismanagement of their facility and lack of respect for patient care.

Dr. Duran unexpectedly did not refill any of my medications and in fact dismissed me as a patient. The treatment from him was substandard even though I had been on numerous Telemed appointments with his nurses and PA's claimed he had not seen me in 3- years. At one point he personally called me in a foul mood accusing me of doubling up on my medications when I did not, He was rude and angry only because I went to a local nurse for a bleeding tag on my nose. By dismissing me and not refilling my prescriptions he left me without a doctor and my vital medications jeopardizing my health and well being. The only recourse I have is to give him bad reviews and report him to the Board of Medicine.

He said he would listen so I let the app have it because for old people it sucks and I didn't understand why they did it so I told him the truth of a product manager in the software business. Everything went on status quo including the receptionist just getting my refill for me but quicker than I ever could for allergy medication they prescribed that did not get taken by my insurance. Then he called and said... Hi me again only store in America still available to us can't even get a prescription right... Probably faxed it...... Yeah Walmart the only ones living in the 15th century who are providing us with our medical Care isn't that crazy I mean I call you for allergies and you see that they don't even use a computer I mean did you look over there and she says oh no I already sent it in for you. Then I just as I have done all the times in the past that the staff know that they should be proud to be working at this facility the facility that would just help anyone who calls..... And my phone went dead!!! I have bad service and thought let me see what she's going to say if I call back and say did you hang up.... Thinking I had lost connection. She said yes and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager spoke to the manager the manager hung up on me wouldn't let me finish my sentence for her to say the policy is to avoid this as I kept interrupting her and she would enter at me we went through the cycle of here let me call the doctor who you thought you were trusting who you insulted with the application he's going to listen and then we're just going to send you a letter. I'm not really sure what policy I signed or why no one including the receptionist who clearly has the authority to apply the policy whenever she feels like it if you ramble on or speak too much or get confused and say too long how good they are. Yes they will help you with anything until your question a policy. Even if you're a professional at the top of the field and questioning why they would do this to old people such as your grandmother your grandfather your mother and now you're in who are suffering with the disease you're trying to go to early to catch and then they're helping you with a medical stuff that you just had a breakthrough on and then you're you see what I mean Tyson told me at the end of him actually being there without patience for the first time ever for me without an appointment. He let me start he didn't interrupt me until I said what kind of policy is this and he said you cursed at my staff I heard you I heard what you said I was there. When I responded in kind at how ridiculous that was for a guy I trusted he said my staff my staff my staff. In conclusion you will get healthcare there if you read all the policies intended for the old people that they give you. Most of that in this particular specialty would be signed by a caretaker who understands why the policies are there already and is urged to keep their loved one quiet. I didn't even get the benefit of losing my s*** without a caregiver to the point where the doctor I trusted trapped me in to me never being able to see him again. So speak to your doctor about how they can help you NEVER HOW YOU CAN HELP THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE JUST RICH DOCTORS IN THE END REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY APPEAR EVEN AS THEY'RE ACTUALLY THE ONLY DOCTOR WHO'S EVER HELPED YOU THAT LANE AND WAIT AND SAID AFTER HE GAVE YOU THE INFORMATION YOU WERE LOOKING FOR YOUR LETTER WENT OUT YESTERDAY. In my opinion they are all there for the money you can get out of old people's medicine until you're a young person who can maybe help with our choices for old people and then they're just going to trap you and fire you and even if you do come by the next morning because you care so much they're just going to let you talk and then slow me with a lie I listen to you girl I know how much of a mental break you just had with my stuff that everybody says you gasoline no you fool people you fooled me into thinking you were the only doctor I could ever trust and now I know all doctors have a for-profit motive IN MY OPINION. DO​ NOT believe you can say anything after they told you you could if it relates to the running of the business that makes them money. The best medical practitioner you've ever found is actually not a doctor and actually will sit with his administrative staff so they can prove you have a mental disorder.​
