We have more rescheduled appointments than actual appointments attended on record. The last time as we were checking in I was told the doctor wasn't in and needed to reschedule the appointmen. I said I didn't get a call to reschedul. Receptionist said I called you as you were walking. Really? You don't even know who we are, or the name on the appointment was. I also showed her my phone with no missed calls or messages. She shrugged it off and said, I don't know what to tell you, he's not in. Got rescheduled for the following month. Just got a call that the appointment needs to be rescheduled again. Nope, not doing it. I said Don't call me I'll call you if I'm rescheduling. Sent an email to Risk Management and Medical Directo already letting them know about the absolute mismanagement of their facility and lack of respect for patient care.

She arrived immediately after we requested a change of physician and repeatedly attempted to pressure us into retaining her while making it clear that she had not even read his file. If we hadn't been there to stop her, she would've pulled the new pacemaker's leads out of his heart due to her negligence. Revoke this woman's license. Do not allow her to "treat" anyone else. The entire staff of the hospital is glaringly aware of how unreliable she is. Zero stars.

No show, no concern Dr…read more NO PATIENT/DOCTOR RAPPORT.Dr. Roset Samuel was on the board in my hospital room where I spent 2.5 days last week (Thurs-Sunday, 12-21 thru 12-23-2023) due a very severe and painful pancreatitis attack.Dr. Samuel never visited, never contacted me, never texted me, never emailed, and never sent me a paper mail message for my entire stay.I assume Dr. Samuel requested the MR/CP of my pancreas that was done on Friday, December 22, 2023 around 1:30PM. I have not received the results of this critical MR/CP yet.Hopefully, I will get the results of the MR/CP soon.I hope I never have to deal with the non-existent, unconcerned, uncommunicative, un responsive Dr. Samuel in the future. After my former doctor (John Tucker DO) left his practice I had to find a new primary care…read morephysician. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Aaron Pfau at MountainView Family Care. I've been going to see him since November of 2021 and my experience has been great. Dr Pfau takes his time to address my concerns for what ever the issues are I'm being seen for. He or his staff always does a followup to make sure everything is ok. I recently have had to call the office very late in the day for some last minute changes for lab work the next morning and was worried that they would be able to make it happen as my experience with other doctors was that I would have to make a followup call to remind them. Dr Pfau's staff made it happen! It's a refreshing change to some of the experiences I've had with other local heath providers.
