On top of being a wealth of helpful information, he allows me time to ask my questions, and the guy is just plain kind and encouraging. I never" in their people skills, but there's been a different crew there for a while, and I think the nasty office manager may no longer be there. The new crew is excellent, but the care I get from Christopher would offset and bad front desk service. I've never had better care than with Christopher. Every time a flare-up came back, it seemed like my eczema was getting worse. Eventually, the itching became an all-day, everyday struggle. My flare-ups stopped going away and started spreading to other areas of my body. I went on the hunt to find the first clinic that would take me, and that is how I found PH Dermatology. The first time I visited the facility, I was honestly embarrassed because of how bad my eczema had become. I was so uncomfortable and frustrated with my skin. I was seen by a doctor whose name I unfortunately don't remember, but I want to say thank you for helping me that day. I was still dealing with unbearable itching and could barely sleep. My eczema wasn't just affecting my skin anymore--it was affecting my quality of life. I couldn't control the scratching because the itching was so intense. Within that same week, I returned to the clinic, and that's when I met Crystal C. and Dr. Rinker. When I say they are the best, that is truly an understatement. They are so attentive, compassionate, and determined to help. They make an amazing team. You can tell how much Crystal respects and appreciates working with Dr. Rinker. Even when Dr. Rinker steps out of the room, the way Crystal speaks about her gives you a sense of hope that you're finally in the right hands. When I first met Dr. Rinker, she told me she was going to help me--and she did exactly that. I may have only seen Dr. Rinker about four times, but the difference has been life-changing for me. I have been completely free of itching since September 10, 2026. After all this time of suffering, scratching, losing sleep, and feeling hopeless, being able to say that I am no longer constantly itching means so much to me. We purchased a Groupon for the detox and it didn't disappoint! The infrared sauna was nice and private (only the 2 of us). I didn't react well in the salt room but she loved it. The staff assisted me in getting some O2 (they have an oxygen bar) as I was experiencing a coughing fit from the salt. They also provided me with some additional water. The cryo space isn't for the faint of heart. You're LEGIT in a freezer (they give you gloves, socks, slippers and a mask to wear. You're supposed to stand in there for 3 minutes (I made it 60 seconds ). The sauna and salt rooms are accessible to those who need/use a walker but the cryo is not (you must be able to stand without assistance and there's nothing to hold onto inside the freezer). There is ample parking as the Riverview location is in a strip mall.

That's not acceptable! There were also alternating weekly shots given weekly. A vitamin B combination and a fat burner. This is NOT what I planned for. It's rather stressful and expensive. Now the nurse argued with me that I was "done" with my contracted visits. When I clearly have 4 more, after the four I picked up Tuedsay. They called back the day before & asked me to change my PCP w/ insurance. I did that as soon as I hung up. When I went to the office I was refused care because I didn't have an updated card showing Dr. Mieles name. I spoke w/ my insurance company after leaving & they confirmed the change had been made. The office should have called to verify before turning me away. I wouldn't recommend this Doctor because his staff doesn't care about the well-being of their patients.

Same receptionist attempted a throat swab by rubbing my child's cheek. Results of rapid test, of course negative. She asked if that was all we needed. I inquired if there was a licensed provider. She summoned the ARNP who was very nice but never saw my son. No exam performed. At the end, they could not even collect my copay (ha) with a credit card. I paid cash and they wrote me a ridiculous receipt that can't be used for any health savings or FSA. Dr. Saba, I highly suggest some quality control measures if your name is on the front door.
