I made a follow up appointment due to a suspected infection. when i got there i waited for a very…read morelong time before i inquired as i had another appointment coming up and was told they couldnt garuntee anything and that i should come back next week because it didnt look good for him looking into my mouth for five minutes to see if it was infected so i could get a prescription. when i called back to try and get a prescription because im not stupid and obviously puss and a warm area mean that i have an infection i was told i couldnt get one without being seen and i was asked to come in again... then i get a call back saying he wants me to come back in that same day because he is concerned and that i should get there in the next 20 minutes, im sorry but how much time do you think the average person has, going into the first appointment in which i was ignored was already something i did not have time to do.... now its thursday night and i literally cant get into any other doctor until monday. WHO SENDS SOMEBODY AWAY THEN CALLS AND REQUESTS THAT THEY COME IN LATER THAT DAY. THAT IS NOT OKAY

He is thorough and a perfectionist with an excellent manner. He cares about his patients. I have been a patient for many years and he is special.
