After I came back a week later, he handed me two overexposed negatives (only negatives! no prints) as everything else had been destroyed by light. However they still charged me 11euro for it! Everything went in the garbage, I had no usable prints (because they didnt even print the two that barely came out) and the two negatives they gave me were pointless blanks. What will I do with negative film? I asked for prints. 11 euro for what? Unrolling the film for me? Working hard, you rip off artists. Thank you jerks. I will never use your services again, and warn photo savvy friends to avoid your overpriced shop with indecent hospitality. lame...

He fucked the film up and took out the negatives instead of saying that it was still unused and he said "it's impossible to know if its used or not". Bullshit. Then another time I went there again (cause I live in the area and didn't know any other place) and he gave me the negatives of somebody else and said it was impossible, that I had a bad memory and that they were my pictures. Totally unprofessional place.
