He fucked the film up and took out the negatives instead of saying that it was still unused and he said "it's impossible to know if its used or not". Bullshit. Then another time I went there again (cause I live in the area and didn't know any other place) and he gave me the negatives of somebody else and said it was impossible, that I had a bad memory and that they were my pictures.
