I recently paid €160 to have 10 rolls of portra 400 shot all with Zeiss primes developed and…read morescanned. The resulting images they sent via link all look like garbage. They pump the contrast and sharpness to the point that there are no grays or any tones to work with and the colors are posterized. I specifically asked for flat scans and asked that they not add sharpness. I brought this to their attention when I picked up my negatives and they were dismissive and rude saying that "the scans are semi automatic, that other customers don't seem to mind" and offered nothing in the form of apology or a refund. Do yourself a favor and take your film to footnote or literally any other lab where they charge half the price, where they value their customers input, take pride in the work and don't charge a premium for sub-par, lazy results.

Never again. The guy in the shop is sometimes "nice" sometimes completely unpolite and unfriendly…read more I took 4 films and made the mistake to take one that wasn't used. He fucked the film up and took out the negatives instead of saying that it was still unused and he said "it's impossible to know if its used or not". Bullshit. Then another time I went there again (cause I live in the area and didn't know any other place) and he gave me the negatives of somebody else and said it was impossible, that I had a bad memory and that they were my pictures. Totally unprofessional place.
