A lot of regulars probably go to have their ice cream here out of tradition and it would make any rivaling ice cream shop to have difficulty getting as popular. The quality of the ice cream keeps being good or even getting better and the garden is always sunny with seating under the trees.

The restaurant has a complimentary salad bar, lentil soup, and tea or coffee. We even got a freshly cooked flatbread that we didn't realize was included. The shish kabob plate was fantastic, and the fresh salads, bread, and soup put this over the top. Our 4yo happily filled up on soup and salad, and us two adults found the grill plates to be a generous quantity of food. An excellent deal at ~US$10/119 SEK. Wish we had kebob spots like this in the SF Bay Area!

The menu looked good, the staff was friendly, so in I went. It was a perfect night so we opted to sit outside on the patio. They have plenty of heaters but we opted for seats along the perimeter ( better for people watching!) and if the truth be told - the heaters were a little warm for this Chicago gal!! The fare is simple but quite good. I had the chicken breast served with fries and a mushroom sundried tomato sauce and my dining parter had the filet. Here's a tip- order your steak medium even if you like it less done. The medium we ordered was definitely closer to rare. The house wine was decent and service was friendly and accommodating. Another good thing? It's just far enough from the plaza so if a band is playing on the night you are there- the music isn't too loud the way it is in the restaurants right on the square! Check it out!
