I have to say, fairly, that from medical to surgery, they've been better than even a specialized hospital could be for a person. But I keep 2 stars off because of the way they are with us, the people who bring our loved ones to them for treatments. The staff across the board aren't reassuring or supportive, they look, act and talk like it's all an inconvenience to them. Nothing warm or friendly or assuring about any of them. Yes, the medical treatments are great but I wonder how rough and routine they treat the animals. If it's all just a job to them then they need to find something else to do. If they don't have the compassion for the pets we bring then they need to get a job someplace else, maybe retail in a large package store. Bottom line is that yes, the results of the treatments for the pets have been 5 star, but I have a lot of anxiety when I bring them in and they have to stay any longer than the time I'm with them.

My dog was in so much pain she couldn't move & i didnt wanna move her as she was a big dog and it would have caused her even more pain. So i called them to see if they could come to my house so she could go to the rainbow bridge peacefully. See my dog had 2 vets in her life her first vet office was closed down years before and then i started bringing her here for her shots n stuff. Well they wouldnt come nope they have no compassion at all for a dying animal or the pain it causes a family. I was in tears that day i called them and they showed no remorse. I dont know why its taken me so long to do a review but as i sit here today looking to find a vet to bring my cat to my first thought was ill travel miles if i have to instead of driving the ten minutes to them where they have no care for a animals well being or suffering!! First time here they nailed it! My cat loved them, he was almost happy to be there because they were so wonderful with him! I had my dwarf bunny fixed here as well, when for some reason vet clinics around here won't do that. He's in tip top shape! When my kitty had to be put down, they were wonderful in the worst situation. So caring and compassionate, to he and I, down to his last breath. They sent me the sweetest sympathy card as well, which meant so much to us. If you love your pets and want the best care for them, this is the place you WILL go. I'm so thankful we found this wonderful vet clinic with this amazing staff.

She is a 2yr old Cirneco, which are slim active/muscular dogs that need to exercise regularly. I was happy to see on the website "Time outside of these hours is spent caring for our boarders." Hours of operation are 6:30am to 5:30pm This is actually not the case because no one is there after their noted work hours. All staff leave which is why you are not able to pick up after 5:30pm. Which means the dogs are left alone for 13hrs in the evening. I was running 30min late from my flight in Montreal. Similar to the woman in 2023, they refused to wait noting that they had been there all day. I was meant to drive to New York that evening and had to take on unnecessary costs due to their inflexibility. The intake was disorganized - they have important policies that you should be aware of prior to drop off. After this terrible experience I then found out later that they underfed my dog 1/2 the amount she was meant to be fed (again intake issues). I wrote to the owners to explain how I and my dog were treated and have not received a response. It sounds like their specialty is cleaning and fencing, but perhaps not long term boarding care

My senior dog stayed for 10 days at this place. She was walking just fine when I dropped her off. Just like all big senior dogs, yes, she has arthritis but, again, she was walking. I called to check on her everyday to make sure she's doing good and eating well. On Day 10, my travel day, I received a very disturbing voicemail saying she couldn't stand up and walk on her own. My flight won't be arriving til 7. I begged Marc, the owner, to let me pick her up after hours but no, he had to go to his daughter baseball game. I picked her up first thing the next day. Yes, she's totally immobile. Took her to the vet and they said she lost all her back muscles. What are these people doing in 10 days?!?!? Just let her sleep on her kennel?!?!? What kind of place is this that doesn't make sure that she gets her exercise. This was in September 2022 and she went to rainbow bridge in March 2023.
