The staff was very welcoming and one person at least spoke some English. It's expensive though compared to my usual salon. It total to $620 which is equivalent to about $44 USD for gel manicure and regular spa pedicure. My, they definitely treat you well and focused on you with out rushing. My cuticles looked so nice and they time they spent on it shows they really cared. The woman doing my hand cut one of my fingers though why doing the cuticle. She didn't apologize but she was extra careful around the area. The woman doing my feet spent a while massaging and even scrubbed my feet a lot longer than what I expected. I don't have callous but it was nice to get a good scrub! Overall, the color came out great and the whole experience was relaxing for me. Which was very nice considering my whole day I was on my feet! 2 weeks later, my nails still look pretty decent.

We pretty easily found the location thanks to the neon green SPA sign affixed to the wall - stylish and helpful! Upon arriving, our services are started on time and neither of us had any complaints. My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. We meant to revisit at least one more time before leaving CDMX but it didn't work out. Next time though!

The entryway looks a little rough from the outside but no worries, it's a different story inside. I felt safe. They spoke more English than I did Spanish and we worked it out, thanks to their good humor. Try looking for them using WhatsApp. That is what they used to confirm my appointment. The experience started with getting a drink and a bite of chocolate, and waiting in the waiting area until they called us back. They had aromatherapy and we got to request a scent while we started. After the massage, they led us to the front of the building where there was a zen space and we could sit on chairs and relax (with more water and chocolate) before wrapping up!

A week before I had to reschedule and was able to quickly contact them through WhatsApp to find a better time. Check-in was quick and although the ladies didn't speak much English, everything was great and my skin felt clean, hydrated and radiant at the end. You also get a nice scalp massage and facial massage during the facial and tea at the end. Overall a really nice experience and break in the busy city.
