Anytime we had questions or needed anything, she was always professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The lakes are gorgeous and make the community feel so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was always kept so clean, and the property stayed very quiet, which we really appreciated. Everyone living there was also so friendly and respectful, which made it feel even more like home. I usually prefer having in-unit laundry, but honestly the laundry facilities here were so nice and always clean, which made a huge difference. Overall, we truly enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful community with fantastic staff -- especially Yolanda!

Three years ago…read morethis charm of a woman, whose charismatic personality and upstate elegance paired with her caring and kind spirit, walked into my life; three years ago, due to the situation and the energy, universe, stars... whatever it is you call it, weren't aligned and I ended up listing my house with two other agents with no results either time. Fast forward to the third week of February 2025, everything aligned in my world and I contacted Amanda to do what she told me she would do the first time she stood in my kitchen three years ago, "if you give me the opportunity, I will sell your house." Late February, She walked in dressed in a sheek Amanda Shepherd outfit, oooo'd at the updates that I had made in the house, took notes, and once again looked me dead in my eyes and said, "if you trust me, I will get you the results you want and I will sell your house." I felt it in my soul! Within 48hrs Amanda had put together a checklist of finishing touches and a plan of action to sell my house. This realtor gem of the PNW had an over asking offer in hand in the first 24hours of being on market and went under contract on day five, and we closed in less than 30days. What a dream come true and what a complete blessing and alignment of all things good in the world! It only took 3years, 3 realtors, and the 3rd time of listing to have this be the "3rd times a charm". Closing the swimming pool in Florida is the worst. The manager does absolutely nothing. The problem is that they are in bed with the government. Everything the government gets involved in, it destroys and raises the price. Don't rent from these people unless you are forced to because they took over your apartments like they did us.

It was 113 degrees and only the first floor (management level) had air conditioning as all but 1 AC unit has gone belly up since they bought it. Our garbage room has bee locked down after 5pm and on weekends. The manager is impossible to talk to and rude. I just got notified my rent is going up $93 beginning Sept 1. The 2 outside doors were only locked after 10pm and weekends. They have not been unlocked even though all COVID restrictions have been lifted. Car vandalism is a regular occurrence and 3 have been stolen the past 2 years. Still they refuse to put cameras in the parking lot. I'm out of here even though it means I leave some really close friends behind. I will miss living with them very much but cannot wait to be out of this toxic, stressful environment.

    Pure bought the apartment building I live in from my old landlord. Re: The Flower Garden…read more #flowergarden #PurePropertyManagement Pure is pursuing yet another rental rate increase, but they haven't fixed anything that would warrant increases. Here are some pictures take in March of 2026 of the conditions in my apartment. Black mold seems to be a permanent feature on windows and *inside* the wood - I have tried to clean it. There's no dishwasher. I cannot have both a space heater and a hairdryer on at the same time or it definitely blows a fuse. All of my outlets are two prong, not three: in other words none of them are grounded. The refrigerator often sounds like it's dying - it's just old. The exhaust fan in the kitchen sounds awful and stuff falls out of it if I turn it on, so I never do. My hot water tank barely gives me 8 minutes of hot water before it starts to chill. The heater needs fixed every year, this past year it took them *four* attempts causing me to miss work multiple times, and there's no individualized controls for heat, best bring a space heater and a fan with you. The enamel has been worn away in my bathroom sink and tub from relentless unfixable dripping, yet Pure wants to pursue an add-on unmetered fee for water. You CAN hear the pipes clanking when the heat is working. The two Landry machines are SO old, and folks with pet hair use them and they stink. I've tried using enzyme tabs. They removed a stairway to the laundry room months ago, and just left up this caution tape. Months. Our parking lot stripes haven't been painted by the landlords in eight years despite asking for it- we have to take care of them ourselves. A clogged drain might cost you $400-500 if they find it was your hair, so you better just snake it yourself. My floors creak- luckily the lady beneath me is a heavy sleeper- it's out of my control. And there are definitely critters living in the attic. All this and they still want to increase rent?! Smh. I'm currently paying $1420, and that was a fast increase from $1270 since they bought the place and they're angling to jack it up again. I chose to move in here because I could afford it- a run down place and the rent reflects the condition correctly, but I don't think this place is worth more, increasing rent is just going to drive long time residents out. This building has a lot of issues they should fix first before charging higher prices. This is not a luxurious place, and it shouldn't be charged as one. If they couldn't afford the investment they shouldn't have made it. Screwing over residents for higher returns is pure greed. My income hasn't gone up, and the conditions of my apartment are not better. This company hasn't shown they care about residents; only avoiding lawsuits and getting the fastest highest return on their investment as possible. Nasty.

    This company will take forever to repair anything and communication is bad. We've been waiting 3…read moreweeks for a new fridge and no updates. I've had to call just to get nowhere. Still waiting on a fridge and with a family of 4, ice cooler is not cutting it.
