I've been going to Fraudin for YEARS. They're personable and kind, but they also do their homework…read moreevery time. And because they work as a team, they can switch doctors/patients without dropping a step. That makes them a great place for younger doctors to learn from them and provides us with multiple viewpoints along the way, with proper controls. I've also had situations requiring coordination between them and my PCP, and their conduct and professionalism makes that work very well. There's no room for a PCP to disrespect the chiropractic approach; they work together. Good folks and great care!

THEY SAVED MY LIFE... well, at least my health and mobility! I was stricken with a sudden onset of…read moresciatica in early April. Hardly able to walk, my MD just prescribed steroids (no meds) with little effect and two months into treatment "gave up" on managing my radiating pains and recovery by referring me to a pain management center for shots. From the start, Dr. Fraudin's team located the problem (compression of L4 & L5), immediately provided manipulation, stretching, and carefully administered PT exercises (and taught me how to do them) to help heal the nerves and muscles... and now (late May) I am walking upright without a cane and progressing with rehab and near-normal movement. I absolutely trust George and his team of caring, committed and competent chiropractors. BELIEVE IT! THIS IS REAL, HOLISTIC SCIENCE! Going to Fraudin Advanced Chiropracic & Rehab was the BEST decision I have ever made (the second time in 30 years I needed them).

Health Horizons has transformed my life! Prior to treatment from this amazing staff I suffered…read morefrom constant back and leg pain, acute sinusitis, ear infections, headaches and fatigue, and was hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction. Their holistic approach to treating patients has been instrumental to my progress and my health has improved dramatically over the past several months. In addition to relieving my pain, this Wellness Centre is helping me to make healthy, positive changes that have been life altering. Their personalized nutrition and chiropractic plans are exactly what I need, and the massage therapists are a great complement to the care I receive. I first started seeing this chiropractor after a car accident. The car insurance company paid for…read moremy treatment until approximately a month and a half after starting treatment. At that point, Health Horizons informed me that they will no longer take my insurance, and I need to pay out of pocket per visit ($55 per visit for approximately 2 months, multiple appointments). I agreed to this. Once they started asking me to make multiple appointments on multiple days of the week, I opted to stop treatment. The total length of treatment was approximately 3 months. Following that, I was suddenly informed by Health Horizons that the insurance company opted not to make any payments to Health Horizons, and I owed them $700. When I asked why it took the insurance company months to inform them of non-payment, they told me, "that's how it works". This chiropractor is the reason why this "form of treatment" has such a negative reputation both in the medical field and also among the general public. This office sees every patient not as a human being, but as a dollar sign. When their checks stopped being written, they suddenly had insurance issues, and I needed to pay up or else! The "chiropractor" actually left me threatening voice mail messages. Avoid these bottom-feeder scammers at all costs! In response to below: I would never bother with your unscrupulous business again. I will only warn others of your shady practice. this insurance is auto related insurance, not health insurance. I know how much insurance I carry and in this case, it was covered by another liable insurance carrier. In office treatment time averages 10-12 minutes per session. The sessions you are saying that are not covered by insurance in a month were about 10. So 10, 12 minute sessions costs $700 out of pocket??? It's sad that businesses like yours exist, taking advantage of people in uncertain times. You reap what you sow...

However, neither has ever been "preachy", nor condescending or patronizing. Rather, their knowledge and expertise (Dr. Bemis is also a nurse) is there for you to draw upon if interested. "Dr. Mark", the accupuncturist, is also on staff. I've had accupuncture at other places, and he is very good, very thorough, and, like Drs. Bemis and Ecker, listens to the patient, and is truly interested in proving the best (and most appropriate) treatment. They have Doug, the massage therapist, on site. Doug has been there over 20 years, and does a good massage (though I've only had an upper body from him). I highly recommend this staff.
