She helped me sort through a lifetime of belongings--clothing, books, tablecloths, jewelry, beautiful crystal and china--each piece holding a story and a chapter of my life. It was, at times, an incredibly emotional process. My home has always been "collected," not decorated, and letting go of these things felt like honoring an entire lifetime. Laetitia didn't just organize--she held space for me in a way that was truly remarkable. She listened deeply, with patience and compassion, as I shared the stories behind so many items. She was a sacred listener. When I felt overwhelmed and wanted to stop, she gently but firmly guided me forward, always with kindness and understanding. She transformed my estate sale into something beautiful--more like a boutique than a sale--and stayed through the entire process, even helping me pack up afterward. What made it even more special was seeing these pieces of my life find new homes within our small Bishop community, where they will continue to be loved and appreciated. Because of her, what could have been overwhelming and painful became something meaningful, even healing. I truly could not have done this without her. Laetitia is not just an organizer--she is a compassionate guide, a steady presence, and an incredible partner in a deeply personal process. I am beyond grateful for her

My partner and I wanted to surprise our friends who hosted us over the holidays with a professional cleaning. When I called to inquire as to why they were late, Nicole said she had no idea where her employees were, and that they should have arrived. She then attempted to call them and find a solution to the problem but ultimately could not get ahold of her staff.
