Happy birthday to me!
Summer D.

I have used them twice for transportation from Cancun airport to areas as far south as Akumal and north to playa Mujeres. This particular trip was my bday trip and my sweetie first international trip so I wanted perfect Cold beers waiting and almost no wait for pick up at airport. Just remember. GO OUTSIDE for pickup. Those folks inside, good looking as they may be, are.time share sharks. This was my 22 visit to Mexico so I'm aware. Nice looking Happy bday banner when I arrived. Did better than the resort I stayed at. Anyhow, they lose 1 star because time the resort got my luggage up front it was 1043. My pick up was 1035. They should know these resorts make you do survey etc before they turn you loose so may be a little delay. They were texting me telling me the driver will be leaving in 10 min. Stress +bday vacation is a no. Also. I somehow ended up with duplicate reservations the first time I used them and emailed them to make sure it was corrected. No response. My baby loves Modelo products so I chose them again almost solely for this reason. I will recommend them but Canada tranfers are my number one transfer company from Cancun airport

This is the driver that picked us up at the airport. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We couldn't have felt safer. They were in constant communication with us before and during our recent vacation. We just came back last week and their service was A+++. On time, very informative and knowledgeable when we asked about places to go. Clean vans, spacious and very private. We used them 3 times during our stay, airport pickup, hotel to hotel transfer (as we switched resorts mid vacation, we pre-planned 2 resorts) and back to airport at the end of our vacation. Definitely would recommend and will use them again.

The price of a private van for two of us, round trip, Cancun airport to/from our resort, was very reasonable.

One of the drivers @ the resort recommended this place to us. Not only that, he took us there,…read morewhich was roughly 30 minutes away & waited there til we were done. I have a huge fear of heights and I don't swim..so doing this...helped me conquer those fears a bit. Our tour guide was amazing. He was friendly and hilarious! We started off by zip lining, very fun. After that, we jumped into their first sink hole ( where I thought if I jumped and covered my face..I could preserve my makeup...wrong, lol ). After a few jumps into the first sinkhole, we went ATV riding. Suchhhh fun! The thrill on that ATV was amazing! We drove the ATV's to their 2nd large sinkhole. Where we were able to zip line into the water below, OR you could jump off their manmade "cliffs" (per-say). Lord have mercy on my soul, I was shaking like a baby, but after a few " screw it Vy, you got here this far, might as well " I managed. The last jump, however...landed wrong and ended hurting myself a bit. Regardless, those precious memories of conquering your own fears, is what I live for. After the 2nd sinkhole, we took the ATV a different route back to base, to which they had lunch ready for us. Note, you aren't allowed to take your phone with you. Or use sunscreen or bug repellent, they want to preserve the waters in the sinkholes. And pictures are done through them, you can purchase after the whole shenanigans.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! People were great!…read more In addition to lockers, also a full restaurant w/beer (no hard liquor). The chicken empanadas and the tacos were great. Would not really recommend the chicken flautas (more like chicken fingers and cheese flautas). If you do this as a tour package, the tour operators MAY tell you no cellphones so they can sell you the photo package. We drive there ( no parking fee) so we were allowed phones. There are two Cenotes. DO the package w/two Cenotes. Even though the Cenote at the main place is nice, the one offsite is even better. 3 levels of platforms to jump from and a very LARGE Cenote to swim in. Even though we took out own pictures, we bought the picture package for $60 usd as the photographer took some really great pictures. Highly recommend this place.

I bought tickets through a tour operator and decided to cancel the excursion the day before. The…read morereason is that I went on other Xcaret excursions, and mask policy was not enforced on the buses. The website states they take COVID precautions seriously... this is false. On the other Xcaret shuttles (which was packed very tightly)......no one wore masks on the way back to the hotel. I didn't want to be stuck on a 11 hour tour bus ride when mask policies weren't enforced. The Xcaret company refuse to refund the ticket. I understand their cancelation and refund policy, but I felt that the safety protocols in reality didn't match the website description. There is a high chance you'll be stuck on a 11 hour bus ride filled with people not wearing masks. Putting mask politics aside, you need a negative COVID test to return home to your country most likely. Ask yourself... Is it worth it to be stuck on a long ride on a bus packed with strangers not wearing masks? In a humid environment where the bus window is filled with international travelers? A positive COVID test means 10 day quarantine in Cancun....

When our family booked a trip to Cancún, we all knew we wanted to see the legendary ruins of…read moreChichén Itzá, since it was our first time to the area. Chichén Itzá lies about three to four hours away from the main hotel zone of Cancún in the heart of the Yucatan peninsula. We wanted to learn more about one of the new seven modern wonders of the world by seeing it up close and touring it with a certified guide. Through various films and teachings, we had always heard of the mathematical and astronomical precision of the structures of Chichén Itzá and wanted to see them for ourselves. A quick search online led us to the Xichén Clásico Tour which was the most searched for and easiest to access online. For those booking online, you get a deal for 71 dollars. We considered the deluxe tour but at 98 dollars didn't seem worth it. We were led by our tour guide Manuel and our bus driver Ivan who picked us up at our hotel at 7:30 in the morning right on the dot. We were the last of five hotels on this trip and the bus was packed so off to the back of the bus we sat. It took over three hours to get from the hotel area to that of the first stop. While we drove by the historical church and town square near Chichén Itzá this was not our first stop. Our first stop was basically a pit stop at a mega store with a Mayan village next door to walk through. Needless to say it was disappointing, as it lasted a full hour with nowhere to go. It felt like this was a sponsored stop and had really nothing to do with Chichén Itzá just a place for retailers to make money. Then it was off to our first real adventure swimming in the sacred cenote azul, near Chichén Itzá, called Ik' Kil which was in their words was a large sinkhole. It was in fact very lovely and exotic but it was too crowded due to all the tour buses stopping off. Be forewarned everything costs money here, unlike the Xenotes Oasis Maya tour which is their sister tour and gives you almost everything you would need from life jackets to towels to complimentary bottled water . For this tour, you have to rent life jackets, towels and even lockers for your all of your stuff as you can't even leave it on the bus. My recommendation is to bring your own towels from your hotel and own purchased bottled water before you're picked up and remember to stock up. After swimming in the cenote, you get to enjoy a buffet lunch, which tasted decent at best, and be forewarned there was not a drop of Mexican food served expect for a little mole and flan and all drinks but ice water were an additional price. The food was rather bland, but the service was solid as we ate inside their air conditioned dining hall. I wish we had more time at the Ik' Kil Cenote as swimming was fun, but again we were under the clock to swim and eat or else the bus was leaving us behind for Chichén Itzá. Then it was off finally off to Chichén Itzá. Although it was easy to get in once our tour guide led us past the main gates, I noticed the weather was extremely hot, as in scorching hot, but Manuel was a solid if a somewhat long-winded tour guide. He had to speak to two different combined groups in English during the tour of the grounds. It eventually became so hot that I just wanted the tour to end. The tour lasted a little over an hour and you get free time to walk around for another hour. I just wanted to get back to the bus instead of walking around the entire historic grounds and that truly saddened me because it was really stunning seeing the ancient ruins. There were a lot of market stands selling genuine Mexican gifts. They hawk you everywhere you turn. They give you one chilled bottle of water with a lanyard around it so you don't have to hold it, which was a very convenient way to carry it but it turns lukewarm quiet rapidly due to the extreme heat. It was a solid day of adventure and history. Glad I crossed a visit to Chichén Itzá off my bucket list. The overall tour was fun, but not the most memorable adventure while in Cancún. The fact that they seemed to charge for everything only made it worse. Would I do it again? Maybe not, but I'd definitely consider it. At least I got the chance to vibrate with the mysticism of the Sacred Cenote Azul in Ik'Kil, while swimming in its refreshing waters (despite the mass amount of other people swimming in it). On top of being able to see the exotic and historical grounds of Chichén Itzá, for this dual experience I will always remember with fondness.

This is a massive undertaking (an Odessyan journey of sorts) but they are on time and reliable beyond belief. They will confirm with you through Whatsapp the day before but if you are nervous like me they will confirm your reservations at any time. At Cancun airport they were there with my name on a sign and then it's a 2 hour drive to the ferry to the island. The drivers will stop if you want to eat or use the bathroom. Then they walk you to the ferry, which runs until 9:00 pm. They give you the ferry tickets and then when the ferry arrives at the island they have a golf cart there again to pick you up. Super coordinated. When we left the island, the taxi was at the hotel right on time and took our photos for the shuttle driver waiting for us at the ferry landing.

Fantastic Organization!…read more This is a business owned by Chuy and he provides Top Notch Service. Everyone with his organization is Professional & Friendly. First, he provides transport from Cancun Airport to Isla Hotbox hotels. Its not an easy trip, given that its 1 1/2 hours from airport to Chiquila, where you catch the ferry and then a golf cart taxi takes you to the hotel. But when you order his service, its all taken care of. At every stop, there was a driver with a sign with our names on it and they took care of our luggage and our tickets every step of the way. Kudos to our drivers, Daniel & Freddie. As if that wasn't enough, we decided to give one of his tours a try to Chichen Itza and it was an INCREDIBLE experience. Chuy makes sure they pull out all the best stops. Our driver, Mario, was wonderful (we had him make stops for Coffe & Tequila Distillery, even though, it wasn't in the plans). First, we had a fantastic guide at the Chichen Itza ruins. Pepe was friendly, funny and knowledgable. Then, we had a Beautiful & Refreshing stop at the Cenote. Next, we had a delicious stop of authentic Mayan tacos in a little shack (YUM!). We couldn't believe how much we were able to cram into one day. Our friends did a Whale Shark tour in the summer and it wasn't the right season for us to do it, but we were so jealous of their experience that we're talking about going back. Also, was able to book transfers online (awesome!) and use Paypal to pay for everything. Bar None, this has been one of my favorite tour experiences around the world.
