Fact: I am very respectful, but I am difficult patient because I have other medical conditions, research my options, ask a lot of questions and refuse to be channeled down the path of what is easiest for the doctor. I feel very safe with her because she is REALLY listening. Not just sitting there like an empty vessel as I talk, but really listening. I know this because she took what I shared and used it to find all available options for best outcomes. I rarely encounter such good caring honest doctors with such high integrity. I have seen many many many doctors over the course of my life to manage three different auto-immune conditions and the symptoms/problems they cause in the whole of my body. All those other doctors and my naive trust is the reason I am a difficult patient now. She is a keeper. I can count on one hand the doctors I categorize as "keepers". I have seen hundreds and hundreds of doctors over the years.

For example, while operations have generally sustained, physicians can now take several days to respond to a prescription refill - so plan ahead. Scheduling has been clearly pushed out further than before and calls now go to what appears to be a quasi-call center. Finally, it may be worth noting the practice's roots in South Shore are not reflected in the faces of those gracing its glossy cover page. One cannot fault the practice for growing; that's the promise of America, especially to ambitious immigrants. Yet, for those who believe in honoring legacy and the spirit of humble beginnings, this practice remains capable despite losing something once special in its transformation.

This office is ok so far the new staff members are another story I'm just very use to my Dr having her own office. As well as her own staff members. Well times are really changing But I'm ok so far with their location But I have to let y'all know this location is slow And the same people that check you in will just pick up the phone and start talking smh Because they have the staff doing 5 different jobs at 1 time.
