I waited 45 years to get my first tattoo because I didn't want just any old random tat. I had several people refer me to Ceez at Kaleponi Ink. I told him straight up and he lets me know what he can and can't do. For example I wanted him to tattoo over my keloid scar and he said that it will causee further scarring and that he'll work around it, which I was definitely cool with.
