A short scenic drive down 98 is worth it to experience this funky little juice shop and her healthy offerings. Vibe is artsy Fairhope, and whoever is there serving is happy to make yummy palate recommendations for this healthy treat! Juices are in a cooler and they use delightful (heavy) glass packaging. I knew I wanted to grab quite a few this time so I stopped by the store but they were unexpectedly closed :0( I called a bit later and got to chat with the owner, and she profusely apologized (not necessary at all!) but she seems quite wonderful herself. She informed me that she'd be back at a certain time until close so I made my plans to return just a bit later in the day. And I am SO SO happy I did! As I had a little tasting party in Fairhope prior to returning home and everyone was shocked that they "actually liked juice"! I get it, I had the same thoughts when I finally realized juices could be so delicious! I then traveled back to Pensacola and gifted a set to my friends who have been hearing about Fairhope Juice Co. for quite some time (from me raving and wishing they were in Pensacola). They immediately popped one open and the reaction in their faces said it all! They loved it! I can't wait for them to try the rest!! I drank Lola today and WOW it's just so amazingly good. There's frozen lemonade, iced coffee, frozen coffee, milkshakes, ice cream, some delicious chocolate covered strawberries on a stick, frozen bananas dipped in chocolate and frozen cheesecake plus drinks and more. We have been here a couple times and the young lady inside is friendly and know her stuff. The bananas and strawberries are our favorites but the milkshakes are mighty fine too ! I'm very pleased that Gulf Shores finally opened up our little coastal paradise to food trucks and I'm happy to support a locally owned and operated business. I ordered the Sense smoothie the bright pink one made with pitaya, banana, pineapple, strawberry, coconut milk, and mango juice. The flavor was incredibly fresh. The coconut milk and banana stood out the most, but you could definitely taste the pineapple. Delicious. My lady got the Vitality smoothie the purple-pink one made with açaí, strawberries, banana, blueberry, and apple juice. Hers had stronger notes of blueberry and açaí, and was sweeter than mine. Both were perfect for breakfast. We'll definitely comeback before our stay is over!

Both were medium size. Total for both was over $17... $20 with tip. One thing that gets on my nerves are non full service restaurants requesting for tips at the cashier station. First impression: It made me feel like a senior citizen that can no longer chew my food so I have to have my care taker use a vita-mix and blend it until pulverized. Eventually, after consuming half of it, the baklava did grow on me. Next time I will order this with chocolate for that Dubai chocolate flavor. They do have other flavor I want to try like the red velvet cake. Be warned, this is not an every day thing. There must've been 3000 - 5000 calories for that medium size shake.
