We recently switched our auto and homeowners insurance from Watson to State Farm and I am so glad…read morewe did. Watson's is the absolute worst insurance agency we have ever dealt with! There was NO customer service at Watson's whatsoever, the only thing they cared about was getting your payment once a month. We were with them over 15 years and when my wife or I would call or go into the agency with a policy question or change they would not even know who we were and would always confuse us with some one living in Cherryville. Then one day in the mail we got a letter, not a call from our agent, informing us that they were no longer doing business with the company our current insurance was through, and that the new insurance provider was going to be much higher than our old policy. At that point, I started calling around for insurance quotes. After speaking with State Farm here in Denver, I was pleased with the quote and customer service and went with them. When I called Watson's and informed them we were switching insurance agencies after 15 years did we get "Sorry to see you leave" or " Let us see what we can do to keep you as a customer"? Nope, we got "Do what you have to do" So we did! We switched to State Farm and now Watson's no longer gets any of our hard earned money. If you want to be a nameless, faceless payment every month and don't want any customer service and I do mean none at all, then by all means give Watson's a call.

Not knowing exactly what…read morehappened, I continued home to find a shattered sunroof. i purchased some plastic to at least keep it from harm if it rained. By the time i finished covering It, it was around 8:45. I tell you this to make sure all are clear that even though I didn't speak to my local agent, the claim division of State Farm spoke with me for about 20 mins and o was ready to tend to my sunroof the next morning! I called the repair shop, went in to find excellent people, was taken to Enterprise to get a rental and all was well. The State Farm app kept me up-to-date along with the texts from the Select Service Center (Coleman's Auto & Body in Dallas, NC) on the progress of my repairs! I am so impressed with all the agents I spoke with at State Farm!! Thank you for all your help! D.Dunn
