MY FIRST DODGE NIGHTMARE!! Purchased a new journey last year…read more(2012).. Tire sensor light was on when we first thought we would purchase the vehicle. Bought it being told that it was probably low pressure, they would top off the air pressure.... ... Drove it for a day and the light came on again....I phoned DODGE and they told me to add more air and wait a few days. If the problem persisted bring the journey in. I did just that and they fixed the tire free of charge...oil changes----why make appointments when you still have to wait 11/2 to 2 hours for a 20 minute job. Last summer I heard some whining in the back end (at 15000 km)....ended up I needed to have the left rear axle replaced. FREE !!!!!! Feb. 28 I take my Journey in again....I have a mean shimmy in the vehicle. I pay to have them tell me this. Turns out I need 4 new tires......at 30000kms..... I asked if I bought the tires there if this inspection would be deducted. NO, that is not possible. Anyway I buy 4 new tires (MARCH 6) as per CORY (THANKS CORY),they install them and I hope I am set for a while. July 10th I have a blow out, take the Journey back again to KNIGHT only to find out that there is no warranty, no courtesy vehicle and no tires. Shipment will be in 2 weeks. Excuse me.... I need my vehicle!!!! They did have a tire ready for me 3 days later. So as for KNIGHT....I am not impressed with the service or the PR (or lack thereof) So your mission statement which reads "Sharing our passion for quality cars and exceptional service" has not been proven to me yet.
