Established in 1932.

Cypress Motors has operated the under present management since February 1st of 1975 when we began operation in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. When the dealership was purchased from Mason and Elda Chant of Maple Creek, the Chant family had operated Cypress Motors as a Ford Dealership since August 25, 1932. This makes a total of 75 years that Cypress Motors has been providing service to its customers as a Ford Dealer in South West Saskatchewan. In 1986 a new facility was built in Maple Creek to handle our growing business. In the fall of 1992 we expanded our dealership by opening a second location in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. We are committed to providing a superior sales and service experience to our customers and friends in Southwest Saskatchewan. MY FIRST DODGE NIGHTMARE!! Purchased a new journey last year…read more(2012).. Tire sensor light was on when we first thought we would purchase the vehicle. Bought it being told that it was probably low pressure, they would top off the air pressure.... ... Drove it for a day and the light came on again....I phoned DODGE and they told me to add more air and wait a few days. If the problem persisted bring the journey in. I did just that and they fixed the tire free of charge...oil changes----why make appointments when you still have to wait 11/2 to 2 hours for a 20 minute job. Last summer I heard some whining in the back end (at 15000 km)....ended up I needed to have the left rear axle replaced. FREE !!!!!! Feb. 28 I take my Journey in again....I have a mean shimmy in the vehicle. I pay to have them tell me this. Turns out I need 4 new tires......at 30000kms..... I asked if I bought the tires there if this inspection would be deducted. NO, that is not possible. Anyway I buy 4 new tires (MARCH 6) as per CORY (THANKS CORY),they install them and I hope I am set for a while. July 10th I have a blow out, take the Journey back again to KNIGHT only to find out that there is no warranty, no courtesy vehicle and no tires. Shipment will be in 2 weeks. Excuse me.... I need my vehicle!!!! They did have a tire ready for me 3 days later. So as for KNIGHT....I am not impressed with the service or the PR (or lack thereof) So your mission statement which reads "Sharing our passion for quality cars and exceptional service" has not been proven to me yet.

Saleman was awesome but i got rims and tires transfered from my old truck to new one. Dropped the old truck off at 8 am to have my new truck ready at 5 when i was done work. Hour and a half later at 630ish is when i left the dealership. The dealwas suppose to have a full tank of fuel. It was so empty i couldnt even drive home it took 130L the tank is 136L i believe. When i told the dealership about the fuel situation they said well get you a 30L card have still yet to recieve it. Would i buy another truck from cypress possibly but next time i will definitely be shopping around to see who has the sharpest pencils... read more

I always take our vehicles to Cypress either for service or consultation regarding repairs and service. I respect their opinion and assistance in prioritizing repairs and providing a quote for the service. I find them to be fair and back up their work on the vehicle should problems arise after the repairs. They provide a personal service that is second to none.
