He ensures that his coffee is ethically and naturally sourced. On a personal note, Alfredo went out of his way to recommend a restaurant for us outside of the touristy area. He even made the reservation for us and had them prepare the food ahead of time. We love his musical selection as well! If you are nearby, get a great cup of java and the best service in town!
