They are welcoming, hospitable, personable, professional, patient with talking through your style needs for the day. They dont gossip in front of clients. They manage their time well with each style. Quality Products: They are very knowledgeable about their products, about their products, and as a result, I have purchased a lot of products that I love to use in between services. Specifically, I have enjoyed the moisturizing shampoo & conditioner, the dream filter spray, the detailing spray, and the dream coat spray. Quality Consultation: They are honest about their consultations to help you achieve a realistic, wearable style that will hold and move with you throughout the day. They helped me pick out the perfect blend of blonde clip ins for my ombre hair. When I cut 5 inches off my hair, most of the blond went with it, so they helped me pick out a perfect shade of brunette to match the color I have now (pictures provided). They take such good care of my clip ins when styling and installing that I have had very minimal shedding and breakage from the clipins. Competitive pricing: Compared to other dry bars, they provide amazing styles with reputable products for competitive pricing. I always pay $15 extra for them to install and style my clip ins. If you buy the product to bring with you, they discount the application of it (some of their products require processing to activate, which takes time and use of their tools) Responsiveness to Feedback: When I have had to ask for a correction or a time consideration, they respond professionally & attentively. I have seen some clients be flat out short and rude with the stylists & they never once lost their cool or became petty or hateful. Instead, they leaned-in & asked questions to make sure the client was comfortable and liking not just the style but THE WAY their hair was being styled. They have so many talented young ladies there that it's impossible to have a favorite to refer to, but Jerry definitely sets the tone for a day maker experience & his team of beautiful talented professionals have made Blo Edmond Dry Bar become my go-to place before all of my metro area speaking engagements & important meetings. I followed my stylist here when she opened this business many years ago and have never left. Although I can only speak to my experience with my stylist, I've spent a great deal of time there over the years. Very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, bright and cheerful. Large couch for those waiting or being "processed" with a large selection of current magazines. Customers are young, old, male, female, and all seem to leave happy. The owner (Lisa) is always there and happy to help . Reasonable prices, stylists who keep up with current styles and techniques, friendly neighborhood salon feel, make this salon an excellent choice.

I felt like she could of said I don't have the hair for the style you want, but she was being greedy SMH I wanna post the hair style but it's too bad and too embarrassing. Then she charged me $125 talking about I normally charge $200 so she gave me back some of my money. Don't waste your time or money with this place!
