I gave this place one star because you can't give half a star the employees are rude the restrooms are not always open to the public and I've given a cashier money she got distracted by another customer for a moment turn back to me and said no ma'am you didn't give me that amount I will not go here no more I think me and my crew is going to have to find another place to gas up and get coffee in the mornings this is ridiculous there's a BP gas station at Bates in Virginia great place convenient right off the highway in and out read more

The manager stalked me around the store, constantly harassing me and my buddy because we put one product back in exchange of a different one. This was all before we paid, while the lady (manager) was ignorant using her middle finger and calling us vulgar names. We decided to let the name calling and harassment go until we got to the counter and the other associate denied our service because his manager was mad at us, literally for nothing even after I tried to calm her down and told her we just wanted to get our stuff and leave which we couldn't because out of spite they refused our services and flipped us off and told us to fuck off and leave. Not to mention, no employee including the manager lady and the clerk had any mask on, nor did they enforce customers (I was one) in without a mask also. Everything was self serve which is not allowed in St. Louis. At them time because of covid read more

A woman was stocking shelves and I asked where the items I was looking for where and bless that woman for leading me around to show me where all the items I was looking for were. She showed me the petroleum jelly in various sizes and how the biggest one was the least expensive but I needed a smaller size since I was traveling. She made my experience quick and less stressful since they were announcing the time and when the store closed. The cash wrap was not busy, the person helping us was nice and we even got a free bag (bags cost money where we live) so I got a good chuckle out of that, as did the cashier. I would come to this store again if in the area as it was clean, well stocked, well organized and had friendly people willing to help an overstimulated, tired mom.
