I've never really critiqued anything medical or healthcare but this time, I'm going to share my 2 cents about this facility. A friend can recite most of the benefits and highlights that distinguishes Kaiser from other health insurance options so I decided to visit this facility to validate his arguments. Their satellite facility is a one stop shop for anything medical: physicians, pharmacy, radiology, cat scans and specialty medicine. I was impressed by the articulation of services and the ease with which you secure an appointment, app on your phone and if you're GP is not available, you can choose form a list of others to make it as soon as today? Wow! So, he came for a diagnosis and got his clinical interventions the same day: blood tests, scans, medications, consultations, etc. What makes this Kaiser Satellite Clinic different is the ease, convenience and unison with which healthcare is administered, it certainly benefits the patients, immeasurably. I can't comment on other things except on the experiences I gleaned from my family's visit to his general practitioner at Kaiser for this critique. His doctor was a little insensitive to his thoughts and rude in a way, arrogant during the conversations. So, choose the kindest of the doctors and ignore or stay away from the others who thinks that their clinical interventions are absolute!

I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and they marked me as a no show when there policy states that you have 15 minutes. My symptoms improved for a bit and then suddenly got worse three weeks later to the point where I was unable to eat anything without getting extremely nauseous immediately and experiencing the worst abdominal pain so I checked back into the ER Turns out I had pancreatitis and was admitted for 4 days and had the loveliest nurses and Drs during my stay. The suite we were going to is located on the third floor as well as the lab. When we entered, we received a friendly greeting by the front desk clerk and she checked us in. We were quickly brought into exam and after vitals and a few questions the provider joined us. The exam room was spacious, bright and clean. There were two chairs for my Mom and I to sit. The experience was very pleasant for my Mom. She liked all the staff very much. From my POV all staff was kind and very professional. Shout out to Dr. Kulai, Jona and Juan for providing excellent healthcare to my Mom.

Geraldo Cesar Chezz went back and forth to the nurse's main secured area erratically as if playing like a child foregoing service to humans... He engaged in flirty personal conversations with nursing staff. Terrible! *** Dr. and work staff of visit were good. Communication to patient was a bit off and not clarified....Understanding that their is prioritization, severely extended wait time went unexplained until patient had to ask status. The two males in the imaging portion of the hospital told the elderly patient to put her necklace in her mouth? It could have broken inside her mouth and she could have choked, not to mention a daily wear necklace is dirty most of the time. The two males were confident in their request and acted as if I was out of line, when they went against a standard procedure for many years!
