I would say 3.5 stars and so I rounded up to 4 stars. I will be perfectly honest and can't say…read morethis place is good or my ancestors would nod their head in utter disappointment. Since we are living in wiesbaden, I've already accepted the fact that there is no way we can get traditional Chinese food. Wannabe chinese food? Yep-- this place is decent and the price is definitely fair. They have all the major staple dishes that you'll see at a Chinese takeout place. The people who work there speak mandarin as they work, German to their customers, and some of them understand English. I was surprised with how clean everything was- the floors, ceilings, and the furniture look like they are new or in very good condition. It's not a hole in the wall place like you typically picture in Manhattan. I ordered the beef, chicken and veggie pan fried noodles because it's hard to mess that up. The portion was huge and could easily be split. My husband got some fried chicken with sweet and sour pineapple sauce. The fried chicken tasted good, but it was more of a Chicken Katsu rather than your traditional sweet and sour chicken pieces where each individual piece is deep fried in a thick batter. The sauce was more like a duck sauce with pineapple chunks in it. It didn't taste bad, but it just wasn't what we expected it to taste like... I still miss traditional shao long bao, oyster pancakes, and various dim sum dishes.... but one perk is that they have spring rolls here. Ohh and they have a green fanta drink here- it's exotic fruit flavor. It is definitely a mix between passion fruit and red bull. I kinda liked it. Ni Hao is probably better than any Panda Express back in the states, so I can see it being appealing for many people. So if i ever pass through again and I need to choose between the KFC, McDonald's, or Ni Hao. I would definitely be saying, "Ni Hao" to my peeps at Ni Hao!

Quality was good and we enjoyed everything ordered. Cannot rate for service as we did not dine in and only did takeout. Ordering was easy online and picking up at location. Usually I try to avoid any sushi restaurant with less than a full 4 star review ranking, but is was pleasantly surprised. We ended up going on a Friday evening after making a reservation earlier in the week. The reservation required a €10 per person deposit due to to the amount of no-shows. However, the deposit went towards the bill in the end, but it was a little weird when it was time to pay because the bill was lumped together. I'm not sure if they couldn't split the bill, or if it wasn't asked, but make sure you ask beforehand if that's something important to you. When we arrived we were greeted and seated quickly, which was nice. The inside of the restaurant had well spaced tables and each table had a divider shielding it from the adjacent table. It took a few moments of waiting before we got our drinks ordered, but I'm starting to think that's the German restaurant way. Once we ordered everything came out pretty quickly. The menu was really extensive and had a lot to offer. It was nice to see options for people that may not want sushi. I ordered the chicken gyoza (not pictured), ebi tempura roll, and the king crab inside out roll. I would have preferred shrimp gyoza, but they were out, but the chicken was really good. The rolls were tasty as well. I wanted to order more but I was stuffed. My group mates ordered the dragon roll, chicken with curry and veggies, the almond crusted duck, and one of the sashimi plates not pictured). Everyone finished all of their food so I assume it was delicious. I noticed some uncovered soup toppings and a few gnats hovering which could be problematic for some, but honestly it's not enough to keep me from going back again. The staff members were really welcoming, and attentive. Overall I had a great experience.
