It was good. It was creamy and had a really big red curry taste without it being too spicy. My boyfriends cashews with chicken in a tangy sauce was pretty good! It had a nice flavor. The first go was a little rough. I was too scared to order anything that was even remotely spicy because of previous reviews (thanks Jamie!), and it's good that I played it safe the first time. The poor couple next to us was dying with their green curry. It was actually a little entertaining watching them try to choke it down. They would take a deep breath before each bite, and then sweat, drink a bunch of water, and move on to the next one. I probably watched them for way too long...but really, they couldn't handle it. I think it's just a matter of learning what you like here, but it takes a go or two. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to come back, but I wanted to. The prices were really great and the food came out quickly. For me, it's kind of rare to find such a good restaurant with so many options (and pictures), all for such a good price in Zurich. Their seafood dishes were even pretty low. Almost all of the dishes were between 18-20CHF.

This happened to be the first Thai place we encountered while out on a walk, and it was just what we needed. I had the chicken satay, and it was excellent. Just the right amount of heat, and very flavorful. The mango ice tea was more mango than tea, very refreshing. Service was very good, even with a little bit of a language barrier. Sit outside if the weather permits it! We had a little table surrounded by pretty hanging lights, perfect for a relaxing evening.

Seating is really interesting, as they have a few large tables for communal seating and a few smaller tables. If it's empty though, they space customers out pretty well. We ordered the ka prao pork, papaya salad and tom kha with chicken and a side of rice. Everything was pretty good. The papaya is Thai style and slightly sweet but I actually prefer that. Could have used a little bit of fish sauce in the soup but it was still delicious. I would return here next time I'm in Zurich.

Spring rolls were average. 'Wan tans' were supposed to be filled but turned up flat. The peanut sauce served slathered over the chicken skewers was homemade, crunchy and delicious. Now for the Viet: The bún was very good! Traditionally served with fried spring rolls, these were extra crunchy thanks to their rice paper wrapper. The ph, looked great in the menu photo and appears to be served with all the trimmings, so I'll be going back to give that a whirl pho sho! Service was slow despite low occupancy but very charming. Prices are standard. Interior is cozy but undistinguished. We really appreciated the attention and kindness of the staff who ensured all was great all during our dining experience. We started with a complementary appetizer seafood flavored chips with a spicy peanut sauce. My wife got seafood with red curry paste in a whole coconut (Hor Mok) and I had the yellow curry paste and green banana with coconut milk base (Geng Klovy). Overall, it lacked a bit of a kick and I have to say that I am not a huge fan of the green banana particularly as it was too omnipresent in the dish. We went for some jasmine tea which was really good - with free refill as many times as needed. Overall nice experience although I don't think that's our preferred choice for a Thai night.
