She entertained me greatly throughout the process and time flew by. The colour came out not exactly how I wanted- it came out even better. I'm never happy with any hair salon I go to because they always mess it up but I was ecstatic after I saw my hair because of how perfect it was done by Stephanie. Would 100% come back again Ps: balayage is usually extremely overpriced at other places but Koi Hair Studio charged me an amazingly reasonable price (wayy less than 200). This place is definitely a must try

I finally moved out and decided to dye my hair pink and called Cattiva. Since my hair is thick and dark, they suggested I come in for a consultation and I did. When it actually came to my appointment, I met with Thuy and Ivanna. Both were absolute GEMS. Not to mention, all the other staff members were also super awesome. I could not have asked the universe for two more lovely hair stylists and a more awesome experience. My hair colour came out amazing, the cut was so awesome, my hair is still just as healthy (if not healthier) after both bleaching and colouring, they gave tips on how to take care of it, and they both stayed over time to help finish it. I can guarantee you that I will be recommending and coming back here when my hair dye fades to change it up. TLDR; Cattiva is an awesome hair salon and 100% worth your money.
