What made the experience even worse was that our call got disconnected and nobody called me back. My friend eventually called the office to find out what was happening, and unfortunately the response felt just as indifferent. But considering that the fine costs way more, I think their pricing is fair for peace of mind since a court appearance was required and we lived 200+ miles away. Though we didn't get the results we wanted, they still were able to give the best possible outcome without having anything show up on the record. That was the ultimate goal anyway. Only reason why we didn't give a 5 star was because we thought communication through email could be a little better. Every time we sent an email, we would get little to no response unless we called to follow up.
