And she runs it with great pride talking of how she has served the Queen of England! Oh My Goodness!!! The liquer candies were legit like little shots covered in chocolate. They were horrible and amazing at the same time. The cognac was my favorite of these little guys, but the rum and kolsch were also good. My coworkers and I were eating these and getting biz-uzzed at work. They have a milk chocolate that all of my friends loved. For me, it wasn't quite sweet enough. But for my non-chocolate obsessed friends, they couldn't stop eating it! I was also gifted a beautifully wrapped box of chocolates and each was very good, some better than others. Thankfully I had a little guide so I knew what each was based on it's design and no surprises were had eating them. Chocolate shops should always have this to help their clients! My friend who went to Ejes Choklad cannot stop talking about this chocolate shop and the lovely lady running it. It was the highlight of his trip and I was a happy girl eating the chocolates he brought. Seems to be a must do while in Stockholm!

This location also seemed to have different goodies that the other location didn't carry. My biggest reason for not leaving 5 stars is the space here. The area to actually purchase in is quite cramped up against restaurant seating and difficulty to maneuver in the seating area as well.

Here you'll find chokladfabriken- the clue being in the name, this place is a haven for chocolate fans (although they do have some pastries). We found ourselves on their super cosy platform of stairs in the cafe, you can take your shoes off, stretch out and read a book (though climbing down again can be a bit awkward!). The hot chocolate with marshmallow and jordgubbb meringue petit fours was a real treat, just right for a small fika and long conversation with friends. You can choose between white, milk and dark hot chocolate and they also do beautifully illustrated chocolate advent calendars at this time of year, By the end we were so comfy we had to force ourselves to leave!
