The Mudcake is a Swedish classic and I have to say this one is quite good! Although it's super dense and heavy, I'm impressed that it's dairy-free. It went well with the unsweetened coffee and the whipped cream actually complemented the Mudcake well. Good try but with so many better cafes in Gothenburg, I probably wouldn't come back.

Walking in, the atmosphere was pretty casual with people talking it up with one another and enjoying coffee. The baristas at the counter were super welcoming and helpful when it came to choosing which drink I wanted to get. I decided to get a latte with an espresso made from Ethiopia beans and my friend got a pourover (V60) made from the Costa Rica beans. The latte was amazing and it was super smooth with the Ethiopia espresso. I tried some of the Costa Rica pourover and it was great, it had a nice and light taste to it and I loved it so much I decided to buy a bag of the Costa Rica beans. I also loved how they serve their pourovers in an Erlenmeyer flask, it made me so happy! As I was enjoying my drink, I began to talk with one of the baristas about coffee and it was great to meet such people that were so enthusiastic about coffee living their dreams and making this amazing coffee. I know I'll be back here again whenever I'm back in Sweden. Until then, I'll be missing this place on the daily.
