Cafe Dali closed and Vasanova was born.
They have kept the old furnitures and counter but added new sofas a la Carl Larsson (Old Swedish painter). Pretty cozy but I believe they can do more with the decoration.
I always welcome a new breakfast place in town, so I was glad to see they offer large and small breakfast. The large includes hot beverage, boiled egg w Swedish kaviar, yoghurt w müsli, scone and Swedish pancake and finally freshly squeezed orange juice! Wow I love that!
Scones are always difficult when they are large - they get all crumbly and honestly I prefer different kind of bread in the morning. But it was pretty good. There is actually different bread on refill table as well. Start with the pancake otherwise it is all cold and dull when you finished everything else. There is refill on eggs, bread and coffee. Super! You won't leave hungry!
The egg was freshly boiled which I like ut a bit over boiled - almost on the green side you know. I love it when they serve freshly squeezed orange juice which is not common!
It was an OK breakfast but it didn't leave an "wow!.
There is a tiny outdoor seating on the street.
